Abstract
본 발명은 결상 장치내에서 결상 가능한 투명 중합체 시트, 및 제거가능한 압감 접착제에 의해 상기 투명시트에 접착된 불투명시트를 포함하는 결상용 적층 시트에 관한 것이다. 상기 접착제는 a) 4-12개의 탄소원자로 된 알킬 연쇄를 가지는 50-90중량%의 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트 ; b)12-26개의 탄소원자로 된 알킬 연쇄를 가지는 10-50중량%의 고급 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 및 c) 가교제를 포함한다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 신규의 결상용 적층제의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (25)
- a. 결상(imaging)장치에서 결상가능한 투명 중합체 시트 ; b. 상기 투명시트 아래놓인 투명시트와 치수 일치되는 불투명 이면 시트 ; 및 c. 상기 불투명 이면 시트를 상기 투명 시트에 접착시키는 제거가능한 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 결상용 적층제로서, 상기 접착제가 1) 4-12개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 알킬기를 가진 약 50-90중량%의 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트, 2) 12-26개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 알킬기를 가진 약 10-50중량%의 고급 알킬 아크릴레이트(단, 상기 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트와 고급 알킬 아크릴레이트는 동시에 12개의 탄소원자를 갖지 않음) ; 및 3) 접착제 이동을 실질적으로 방지하기에 충분한 양의 가교제를 포함하며 상기 접착제 조성물은 상기 이면 시트로부터 상기 불투명 이면 시트의 제거를 가능하게 하는 결상용 적층제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트의 알킬기가 약 4 내지 약 8개의 탄소원자를 가지며 직쇄알킬기인 결상용 적층제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고급 알킬 아크릴레이트의 알킬기가 약 13 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 결상용 적층제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 광가교제인 결상용 적층제.

- a. 불투명 이면 시트의 한쪽 표면의 하나 이상의 가장자리를 따라서 접착제의 연속적인 비이드를 압출하는 단계 ; 및 b. 상기 불투명 이면 시트와 하나의 상 수용면을 가진 상기 투명 시트를 상기 접착제에 의해 상기 상 수용면의 반대쪽 표면상에서 결합시키는 단계를 포함하여 투명한 결상용 적층제를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 접착제가 a. 4 내지 12개의 탄소원자로된 알킬기를 가진 약 50-90중량%의 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트, b. 12 내지 26개의 탄소원자로된 알킬기를 가진 약 10-50중량%의 고급 알킬 아크릴레이트(단, 상기 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트와 고급 알킬 아크릴레이트는 동시에 12개의 탄소원자를 갖지 않음) ; 및 c. 접착제 이동을 실질적으로 방지하기에 충분한 양의 가교제를 포함하며, 상기 접착제는 상기 투명 시트로부터 상기 불투명 이면 시트의 제거를 가능하게 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 투명 필름 시트의 한 표면상에 상 수용층을 피복하고 이를 건조시킨 후에 상기 불투명 이면 시트와 상기 접착제 층을 결합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 저급 알킬 아크릴레이트의 알킬기가 4 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가지며 직쇄 알킬기인 방법.
