Abstract

본 발명은 기립형 표면실장용 전해 콘덴서의 칩화 기술에 관련한다.
기존의 칩 전해 콘덴서는 무게중심의 편중과 리이드 흔들림 등으로 자동표면 실장에 어려움이 있었다.
본 발명은 래디얼 타입 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서의 홀더의 덮개부 가장자리에 최소의 접지면적을 갖는 상향 돌기부를 설치하여 기판 표면의 돌출부에 따른 칩 콘덴서의 배치상태의 불안정성을 최소화시킴과 동시에 리이드 가이드홈 및 솔더링 가스의 분출 통로를 마련하고, 또한 홀더 덮개부의 하면에는 콘덴서의 상단주연부의 만곡부를 따라 감싸게 되는 환상요홈부를 형성하여 이때 만들어지는 단락방지턱에 의해 콘덴서와 홀더가 강력하게 결합되게 하고 있다.
이에 따라서 칩 콘덴서의 리이드 인출방향성을 고려할 필요가 없게 되고 솔도링 불량을 해소할 수 있게 되며 나아가서는 안정된 무게 중심 분배에 따른 공압 이송표면 실장시 정위치 이탈을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 칩 콘덴서의 제1실시예에 대한 사시구조도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 래디얼 타입 콘덴서(50)의 상단일부를 감싸기 위한 측벽(67)과 덮개부(66)를 가지며 상기 덮개부(66)의 중앙부위에는 상기 콘덴서의 절연라버(51)로부터 인출된 양리이드(53)를 관통시키기 위한 개구부(62)가 마련되고, 상기 덮개부(66)의 상면 가장자리에는 덮개부 상면의 중심을 가로지르는 복수의 대칭형 가스배출 및 리이드 가이드홈(61)과 내부 공간부를 형성하기 위한 복수의 상향 돌기부(63)가 마련된 홀더(60)를 포함하는 표면실장형 칩 콘덴서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(60)의 덮개부(66)의 하면에는 콘덴서(50)의 상단주연부의 만곡부(52)를 따라 단락 방지턱(64)을 형성하개 되는 환형 요홈부(65)가 더 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 칩 콘덴서.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(60)에는 측벽(67)으로부터 더 연장되어 콘덴서(50) 전체를 커버하기 위한 몸통부(69)가 마련된 것을 특지으로 하는 표면실장형 칩 콘덴서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 콘덴서(50)의 양 리이드(53) 사이에는 절연라버(51)로부터 더 연장된 단락방지벽(68)이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 칩 콘덴서.
