Abstract
용융 압출 공정동안 고형 부상물이 생성되는 포스파이트 안정화된 폴리올레핀 조성물을 포함하는 용융 압출 공정은 락트산의 금속염을 상기 조성물에 첨가함으로써 개선된다. 개선된 조성물을 포함하는 공정은 섬유 및 필름 압출 공정동안 지방산염, 예를들면 칼슘 스테아레이트에 의해 달성된 것보다 감소된 수준의 스크린 팩 막힘을 나타낸다.

Claims (24)
- (a) 폴리올레핀 수지, 포스파이트 안정화제 및 락트산의 금속염을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 조성물을 형성시키는 단계, (b) 상기 조성물을 여과 시스템을 통해 용융 압출시켜 여과된 폴리올레핀 용융 스트림을 생성시키는 단계, 및 (c) 상기 용융 스트림을 압출다이에 통과시켜 플라스틱 제품을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 플라스틱 제품을 제조하기 위한 압출 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스파이트가 펜타에리트리톨 포스파이트인 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포스파이트가 비스(2,4-디-3급-부틸페닐) 펜타에리트리톨 디포스파이트인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크린 필터가 20 내지 500메쉬의 메쉬 크기를 갖는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과 시스템이 하나는 100이상의 메쉬 크기를 갖고 다른 하나는 100미만의 메쉬 크기를 갖는 2개 이상의 필터를 포함하는 스크린 팩인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 락트산의 금속염이 락트산의 칼슘 염인 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 락트산의 금속염이 칼슘 락테이트 및 2-스테아로일 락테이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 섬유 및 필름으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 공정.
- (a) 폴리프로필렌 수지, 비스(2,4-디-3급-부틸페닐) 펜타에리트니톨 디포스파이트 및 락트산의 금속염을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 형성시키는 단계, (b) 상기 조성물을 용융시켜 용융된 조성물을 형성시키는 단계, (c) 상기 용융된 조성물을 여과시켜 용융되지 않은 고형물을 제거하는 단계, 및 (d) 상기 여과된 조성물을 섬유 형성 오리피스 다이에 통과시켜 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 제조하기 위한 용융 압출 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 여과 단계에서, 적어도 하나는 100이상의 메쉬 크기를 갖고 적어도 다른 하나는 100미만의 메쉬 크기를 갖는 2개 이상의 스크린 필터를 포함하는 스크린 팩에 상기 용융된 조성물을 통과시킴을 포함하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 그의 총 중량을 기준으로, 90 내지 99.5중량%의 상기 폴리프로필렌수지, 0.025 내지 1중량%의 상기 포스파이트 및 0.05 내지 3중량%의 상기 락트산의 금속염을 포함하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 그의 총 중량을 기준으로, 95 내지 99중량%의 상기 폴리프로필렌수지, 0.025 내지 1중량%의 상기 포스파이트 및 0.05 내지 1중량%의 상기 락트산의 금속염을 포함하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 그의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.01 내지 3중량%의 장애 페놀계 산화방지제를 또한 포함하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 락트산의 금속염이 칼슘 락테이트 및 칼슘 2-스테아로일 락테이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 필수적으로 상기 폴리올레핀 수지, 상기 포스파이트 안정화제 및 락트산의 금속염으로 이루어진 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 필수적으로 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지, 상기 비스(2,4-디-3급-부틸페닐) 펜타에리트리톨 디포스파이트 및 상기 락트산의 금속염으로 이루어진 공정.
- (a) 폴리프로필렌 수지, 비스(2,4-디-3급-부틸페닐) 펜타에리트리톨 디포스파이트 및 락트산의 금속염을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 형성시키는 단계, (b) 상기 조성물을 용융시켜 용융된 조성물을 형성시키는 단계, (c) 상기 용융된 조성물을 여과시켜 용융되지 않은 고형물을 제거하는 단계, 및 (d) 상기 여과된 조성물을 섬유 형성 오리피스 다이에 통과시켜 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 생성시키는 단계로 필수적으로 이루어진, 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 제조하기 위한 용융 압출 공정.
- (a) 폴리올레핀, (b) 비스(2,6-디-3급-부틸-4-메틸페닐) 펜타에리트리톨 디포스파이트, 및 (c) 락트산의 금속염을 포함하는, 스크린 팩의 막힘을 방지하는, 용융 압출용 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 락트산의 금속염이 칼슘 스테아로일 락테이트인 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 조성물.
