Abstract

혼합 청색발광 형광체 및 이를 사용한 음극선관이 개시된다.
은 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS : Ag, Al)와 터븀 부활이트륨 알루미늄 갈레이트 형광체 [Y3(Al, Ga)5O12: Tb]의 혼합청색발광 형광체 및 이를 사용한 음극선관은 휘도 및 γ특성이 향상된 것이다.

혼합 청색발광 형광체 및 이를 사용한 음극선관
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 형광체와 본 발명의 혼합 형광체의 발광스펙트럼을 나타내는 그래프로서, a는 종래의 ZnS : Ag, Al 단일형광체에 대한 것이고, b 및 c는 본 발명의 ZnS : Ag, Al와 Y3(Al, Ga)5O12: Tb의 혼합 형광체에 대한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 은 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS : Ag, Al)와 터븀 부활이트륨 알루미늄 갈레이트 형광체 [Y3(Al, Ga)5O12: Tb]의 혼합 청색발광 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Y3(Al, Ga)5O12: Tb형광체의 혼합량은 혼합형광체 총량을 기준으로 하여 15중량%이하가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 청색발광 형광체.
  3. 은 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS : Ag, Al)와 터븀 부활 이트륨 알루미늄 갈레이트 형광체 [Y3(Al, Ga)5O12: Tb]의 혼합 청색발광 형광체를 채용한 고휘도의 음극선관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Y3(Al, Ga)5O12: Tb형광체의 혼합량은 혼합형광체 총량을 기준으로 하여 15중량%이하가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
