제2도는 붕산알루미늄계 형광체와 황화아연계 형광체의 온도변화에 대한 발광휘도를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 적색 발광형광체로서 유로품부활 붕산알루미늄 형광체(AIBO3:Eu), 녹색 발광형광체로서 테르븀부활 붕산 알루미늄 형광체(AIBO3:Tb) 및 청색 발광형광체로서 은부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS:Ag)를 균일하게 혼합하여 된 백색을 발광하는 혼합 형광체에 있어서, 상기 ZnS:Ag 형광체의 양이 8 내지 60중량%이고, AIBO3:Tb 형광체의 양이 8내지 60중량%이고, AIBO3:Eu 형광체의 양이 8 내지 55중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 붕산알루미늄계 혼방형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZnS:Ag 형광체의 양이 20 내지 30중량%이고, AIBO3:Tb 형광체의 양이 42 내지 59중량%이고, AIBO3:Eu 형광체의 양이 11내지 38중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 붕산알루미늄계 혼방형광체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 청색 형광체로서 사용된 형광체가 (Zn, Cd)S:Ag 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 붕산알루미늄계 혼방형광체.
  4. 적색 발광형광체로서 유로품부활 붕산알루미늄 형광체(AIBO3:Eu)의 양이 8 내지 55중량%이고, 녹색 발광형광체로서 테르븀부활 붕산 알루미늄 형광체(AIBO3:Tb)의 양이 8 내지 60중량%이고, 청색 발광형광체로서 은부활 황화아연 형광체(ZnS:Ag)의 양이 8 내지 60중량%인 것을 균일하게 혼합하여 된 백색을 발광하는 붕산알루미늄계 혼합형광체를 패널내면에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 ZnS:Ag 형광체의 양이 20 내지 30중량%이고, AIBO3:Tb 형광체의 양이 42 내지 59중량%이고, AIBO3:Eu 형광체의 양이 11내지 38중량%인 붕산알루미늄계 혼합형광체를 패널내면에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 청색 형광체로서 사용된 형광체가 (Zn, Cd)S:Ag 형광체인 붕산알루미늄계 혼방형광체를 패널내면에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
