Abstract

본 발명은 자동차에 사용되는 소음기내부에 수개의 구멍이 형성된 나선형격벽을 설치하고, 상기 나선형격벽 중앙부에는 수많은 분사공이 형성된 분사관을 설치하며, 상기 분사관 내부에는 스프링을 위치시키고 스프링 일측에는 밀음부재를 설치하여 분사관일측에 연결된 수압펌프에서 자동차의 주행속도에 따라 물이 펌핑압력에 의해 진행하면서 밀음부재를 이동시켜 분사량을 조절할 수 있도록된 수단을 설치하므로서 배기가스의 소음 및 매연찌꺼기를 집진시키고, 분사되고 집전된 매연찌꺼기는 순환통로로 순환시켜 집수조에서 다시 받아들여 다시 순환되도록 하며 집수조의 물은 교체할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
또한, 나선형 격벽을 통과한 물과 가스는 소음기일측에 형성된 반사판과 구멍에 의하여 비산되도록 한 것으로 소음감소와 매연 찌꺼기제거를 동시에 할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 소음 및 매연감소장치에 대한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 소음기 내측 일단에 안내부재를 설치하고, 상기 소음기내부에 수개의 구멍이 형성된 나선형 격벽과, 상기 나선형격벽 중앙부로 수개의 분사공이 형성된 분사관을 삽입 고정하고, 상기 분사관 내측으로는 스프링을 위치시키며, 스프링 일측으로는 밀음부재를 설치하였고, 상기 밀음부재 일측으로는 물투입구를 통하여 수압탱크와 연결되며, 상기 수압탱크 상단으로는 일측에 물보충교환변과, 다른 일측에는 소음기의 순환통로가 연결된 집수조를 설치하고, 소음기의 일측끝에는 수개의 배기공과 경사판을 설치한 것을 결합하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 소음 및 매연 감소장치.
