Abstract
아래의 일반 구조식으로 나타내어지는 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 허용되는 그 염을 함유하는 혈압 강하제 및 항녹내장제.
(위에 식에서 R1은 수소 또는 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알콕시 그룹, R2는 이소프로필아미노, tert-부틸아미노, 2-(2-메톡시페닐)에틸-1-아미노, 4-(2-메톡시 페닐)-1-피페라지닐 또는 4-피페로닐-1-피페라지닐 그룹이고, 단 r1이 수소인 경우에는 R2는 이소프로필아미노 또는 tert-부틸아미노 그룹이 아님).

Claims (18)
- 아래의 일반 구조식(A)으로 나타내어지는 화합물 또는 약리적으로 허용되는 그 염.(위에 식에서 R1은 수소 또는 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알콕시 그룹, R2는 이소프로필아미노, tert-부틸아미노, 2-(2-메톡시페닐)에틸-1-아미노, 4-(2-메톡시 페닐)-1-피페라지닐 또는 4-피레로닐-1-피페라지닐 그룹이고, 단 R1이 수소인 경우에는 R2는 이소프로필아미노 또는 tert-부틸아미노 그룹이 아니며, R1이 메틸 그룹인 경우에는 R2는 이소프로필 그룹이 아님).
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-tert-부틸 아미노-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-이소프로필 아니모-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-베톡시페녹시)3-[4-(2-메톡시페닐)-1-피페라지닐]-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-[2-(메톡시페닐에틸)-1-아미노]-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)3-(4-피페로닐-1-피페라지닐)-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸페녹시)-3-[4-(2-메톡시페닐)-1-피페라지닐]-2-프포판올 염산염인 화합물.
- 2-tert-부틸페놀, 2-tert-부틸-4-알콕시페놀 또는 2-tert-부틸-4-알킬페놀과 에피클로로히드린을 알칼리 존재하에 반응시켜 각각 1-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)-2-tert-부틸벤젠, 1-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)-2-tert-부틸-4-알콕시벤젠 또는 1-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)-2-tert-부틸-4-알킬벤젠을 제조한 다음 이들의 상응한 아민을 첨가하는 공정을 특징으로 하는 제1항 기재의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 허용되는 그 염을 함유하는 혈압강하제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-tert-부틸아미노-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물을 함유하는 혈압 강하제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-[4-(2-메톡시페닐)-1-피페라지닐[-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물을 함유하는 혈압강하제.
- 아래의 일반 구조식(A-1)으로 나타내어지는 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 허용되는 그 염을 함유하는 항녹내장제.(위에 식에서 R1은 수소 또는 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알콕시 그룹, R2는 이소프로필아미노, tert-부틸아미노, 2-(2-메톡시페닐)에틸-1-아미노, 4-(2-메톡시 페닐)-1-피페라지닐 또는 4-피레로닐-1-피페라지닐 그룹이고, 단 R1이 수소인 경우에는 R2는 이소프로필아미노 또는 tert-부틸아미노 그룹이 아님).
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-tert-부틸 아미노-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물을 함유하는 항녹내장제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-tert-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-[4-(2-메톡시페닐)-1-피페라지닐]-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물을 함유하는 항녹내장제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-TERT-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-[2-(2-메톡시페닐)에틸-1-아미노]-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물을 함유하는 항녹내장제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학 명칭이 1-(2-TERT-부틸-4-메톡시페녹시)-3-(4-피페로닐-1-피페라지닐)-2-프로판올 염산염인 화합물을 함유하는 항녹내장제.
