Abstract
a) (메트)아크릴산 및 그의 염, b) 폴리에틸렌글리콜류-모노메틸에테르-(메트)아크릴레이트 및 c) 폴리프로필렌-글리콜-디-(메트)아크릴레이트의 3원 공중합체로 구성된 높은 작업성 유지 특성(낮은 "슬럼프-손실")을 갖고 낮은 공기-함유 특성을 갖는 콘크리트 및 기타 시멘트상 혼합물용 초가소성 부가제.

Claims (6)
- 하기식(IV),(V) 및 (VI)의 단량체를 3공중합시켜서 수득한 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 작업상 유지 특성(낮은 "슬럼프-손실")을 갖고 낮은 공기-함유 특성을 갖는 콘트리트 및 기타 시멘트상 혼합물용 초가소성 부가제.(식 중, X는 H 또는 CH3이고, Z는 H, Na, K, Li 또는 1/2Ca이고 W는 -(-Ch2-CH2-O)n-CH3(식중, n은 8내지 50의 정수이다)이고, Y는 -(-CH(CH3)-CH2-O)m-(식중, m은 2내지 50의 정수이다)이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식(V)의 단량체가 분자량이 약 200 내지 약 2000인 폴리에틸렌글리콜류-모노메틸에테르-(메트)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 초가소성 부가제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식(VI)의 단량체가 분자량이 대략 280 내지 3100인 폴리프로필렌-글리콜-디-(메트)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 초가소성 부가제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식(IV) 및 (V)의 아크릴 단량체의 양이 총 중합체 질량의 90 내지 99.9%이고, 상기 (VI)의 단량체 양이 총 중합체 질량의 0.1 내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초가소성 부가제.
- 상기 제1항에 따른 부가제를 시멘트 중량비 0.01 내지 3.00퍼센트(건조 중량)를 함유하는 시멘트상 혼합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 사용된 시멘트가 고 알루미나 시멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트상 혼합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
