Abstract

일방향 클러치(10,100,200)는 내측 레이스(12), 외측레이스(14) 및 클러치가 오버런될때 상기 레이스중 하나에 대하여 이동되고 상기 레이스 사이에 있는 복수개의 잠금 요소를 가진다. 클러치는 레이스의 동심을 유지하고 유체역학적으로 일방향 클러치 내부에 윤활유의 공급을 조정하는 하나이상의 단부 베어링(24,224)을 가진다. 상기 단부 베어링(24,244)을 위한 몇개의 구성 및 결합이 공개되어 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 일방향 클러치(10,100,200)가 오버런 모드로 작동할때 하나의 레이스에 대하여 이동하는 복수개의 잠금요소(16)가 사이에 배치된 내측 레이스(12) 및 외측레이스(14)와 일방향 클러치가 오버런 모드로 작동할때 하나의 레이스와 함께 회전하도록 하나의 레이스에 부착된 하나이상의 단부 베어링(24,244)을 구비하며, 오버런 상태에 있을때 클러치 요소와 하나의 레이스 사이에 윤활막을 제공하도록 내부로의 윤활유 공급을 지속하도록 구성되고, 상기 단부 베어링은 하나의 레이스가 회전할때 일방향 클러치 내부로의 윤활유 공급을 유체역학적으로 조정하는 수단(32,34,2 34)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 단부 베어링(24)이, 원주상으로 이격된 복수의 날개(32)와, 하나의 레이스가 회전할때 일방향 클러치 내부로의 윤활유 공급을 유체역학적으로 조정하도록 상기 날개의 각각의 단부의 적어도 한 지점에서 본체를 연장되는 슬롯(34)을 포함하는 환형 본체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 단부 베어링(24)이, 각각의 날개(32)의 단부에 슬롯(34)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 원주상으로 이격된 날개(32)가 원주 방향으로 볼록한 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 단부 베어링(224)이, 하나의 레이스가 회전할때 일방향 클러치 내부로의 윤활유의 공급을 유체역학적으로 조정하는 복수개의 원주상으로 이격된 슬롯(234,334)을 가진 환형 플랜지(228)을 일단부에 포함하는 환형 본체(226)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 본체(226)가 필수적으로 구명이 없으며, 상기 슬롯(234,334)이 플랜지(228)를 통하여 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일방향 클러치가 양측부상에 동일한 단부 베어링(24,224)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 윤활유가 일방향 클러치의 내부로 흐르도록 상기 단부 베어링(24,224)이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, 윤활유가 일방향 클러치의 내부에서 외부로 흐르도록 상기 단부 베어링(24,224)이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  10. 제 7 항에 있어서, 윤활유가 일방향 클러치의 내부를 통하여 흐르도록 상기 단부 베어링(24,224)이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
  11. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 잠금 요소(16)가 스프래그인 것을 특징으로 하는 일방향 클러치.
