Abstract

금속제 진공이중용기의 외용기에 진공단열층측으로 오목한 오목부와, 이 오목부내에 천설된 배기구와, 이 배기구를 밀봉한 밀봉재를 구비한 주밀봉부를 형성함과 동시에 진공단열층측으로 오목한 오목부로 이루어지는 한개 또는 복수개의 예비밀봉부를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 진공이중용기로서, 주밀봉부의 진공밀봉조작에 의해 내외용기간이 소정의 진공도에 미치지 못한 경우 예비밀봉부에 배기구를 천설하고 밀봉재를 첨가설치하여 진공가열로내에 넣어 진공가열처리하므로써 재진공밀봉을 극히 쉽게 할 수 있어 더이상의 인력이나 부품을 사용하지 않고, 저비용으로 재진공밀봉을 할 수가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 금속제의 내용기와 외용기를 접합일체화함과 동시에 이들 내외용기간(內外容器間)의 공극부(空隙部)를 진공단열층으로 한 금속제 진공이중용기에 있어서, 상기 외용기에 진공단열층으로 오목한 오목부와, 이 오목부내에 배기구와 이 배기구를 밀봉한 밀봉재를 구비한 주밀봉부를 형성함과 동시에 진공단열층으로 오목한 오목부로 이루어지는 한개 또는 복수개의 예비밀봉부를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 진공이중용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉재가 바인더중에 분말상 혹은 입상의 금속납을 혼련하여 이루어지는 납재인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 진공이중용기.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 외용기의 저측외면에 보호커버가 장착되고, 이 보호커버와 외용기사이에 발포 폴리우레탄층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 진공이중용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 보호커버의 저부내면측에 풀림방지돌기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 진공이중용기.
