Abstract

본 발명은 제조 코스트가 비교적 저렴하고, 조립도 간단하고, 그리고 단열성에도 우수, 씰링볼량에 의한 수용물이 누수되지 않는 컵라면 등의 용기로 이용할 수 있는 단열성을 갖는 종이용기를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 측벽부(2A)의 일부 또는 전부에 종리(23)이 형성되도록 펄프를 몰드성형한 용기본체(2)의 내벽면(22) 또는 외벽면(21)의 어느 일방 또는 쌍방에, 상기 종립(23)을 덮도록 공기층형성 종이(3)를 붙이고, 또는 상기 용기본체(2)의 내면 또는 외면에, 상기 종립(23)을 덮어 공기층형성 종이용기(4)를 중첩되게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제 6 도는 용기본체를 주머니 형사응로 형성한 다른 실시예를 나타낸 종단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 측벽부의 일부 또는 전부에 종(縱) 립(lip)이 형성되도록 펄프를 몰드성형한 용기본체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한느 단열성 종이용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 내벽면 또는 외면의 어느 일방 또는 쌍방에, 상기 종립을 덮도록 공기층 형성 종이를 붙인 것을 특징으로 한느 단열성 종이용기.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체의 내면, 또는 외면의 어느 일방 또는 싸앙에 상기 종립을 덮도록 공기층형성 종이용기를 중첩되게 설치한 것을 특징으로 한느 단열성 종이용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체, 공기층 형성 종이 또는 공기층 형성 종이용기중 적어도 내측에 위치하고, 내면에 내수(耐水) 또는 내유제(耐油劑)가 외첨(外添)되어 있고, 또는 내수 또는 내유제를 내첨(內添)하여 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 한느 단열성 종이용기.
