Abstract
스위치-모드 전원 회로에서, 스위치가 긴주기(또는 매우 빈번하게)동안 전원 회로에 접속된 부하에 따라서 도통되므로써, 변압기가 충분한 에너지를 2차 권선측에 전송하여 출력 캐페시터를 충분하게 충전시키도록 한다. 변압기 자체에 저장된 모드 에너지를 2차 권선측에 공급시키기 위하여, 탈자기 검출 회로는 변압기의 탈자기화 여부를 검출한다. 만일 부하가 감소되면(예를 들어, 예비 동작시에), 스위치의 온-타임은 감소된다.
그러나, 이 온-타임은 전원 회로가 더이상 적절하게 기능하지 못하도록 최소값이 되어야만 한다. 전원 회로를 정상 동작 및 저부하 상태에서 효율적으로 동작시키기 위하여, 전원 회로의 제어회로는 적어도 두가지 모드, 즉, 제1모드(예비동작) 및 가변 주파수인 제2모드(정상 동작)을 갖는데, 상기 제1모드에서 제어펄스는 고정된 주파수로 스위치에 인가되고, 상기 제2모드에서 제어 펄스의 주파수는 가변되고 필요한 경우 탈자기 신호는 변압기가 완전히 탈자기되지 않았을때 스위치에 인가되는 제어 펄스를 지연시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명을 따른 스위치-모드 전원 회로의 제1실시도.
Claims (4)
- 입력 전압(Vin)을 수신하는 입력 단자(1,2) 및 출력 전압(Vout)을 공급하는 출력 단자(3,4)와, 전원 회로의 상기 입력 단자에 병렬로 결합되는 직렬 배열된 변압기의 1차 권선 및 스위치와, 전원 회로의 상기 출력 단자에 결합되는 변압기의 2차 권선과, 전원 회로의 상기 출력 단자에 결합된 입력 단자 및 제어 신호를 상기 스위치에 인가하는 출력 단자를 갖는 제어 회로를 구비하는 스위치-모드 전원 회로(VS)에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 출력단자에서 전원 회로에 의해 공급될 전력에 따라서 피드백 신호를 수신하고, 다른 입력 단자에서 탈자기화 신호를 수신하는데에 적합하고, 또한 상기 제어 회로는 동작시에 소정의 고정된 주파수에서의 제1모드 및 제2모드를 갖는데, 상기 제1모드에서 상기 피드백 신호는 펄스의 지속 주기를 결정하고, 상기 제2모드에서 상기 제어 회로는 제어 신호에 의해 스위치를 제어하는데, 이때에 상기 제어 신호의 펄스 주파수는 상기 피드백 신호에 따라서 결정되고, 상기 제어 신호는 탈자기화 신호의 영향하에서 지연 회로에 의해 지연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수위치-모드 전원 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 제1 모드에서 소정값보다 작은 피드백 신호로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치-모드 전원 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 제2모드에서 소정값보다 큰 피드백 신호로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치-모드 전원 회로.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 청구된 바와 같은 전원 회로에 사용하기 위한 제어 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
