Abstract

반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법 및 반도체 소자
반도체 몸체의 작업 수행방법은 접착제(3)에 의해서 제 2 몸체(2)를 반도체 몸체(1)에 고정하고, 상기한 작업을 수행하고 반도체 몸체(1)를 제 2 몸체(2)로부터 분리하고, 접착제(3)를 제거한다. 본 발명에 따라서, 탄수화물 또는 탄수화물의 혼합물이 적착제로서 사용된다. 이렇게 함으로써 알려진 접착제로서 사용되는 비극성 용제들보다 인간과 환경에 해를 훨씬 덜 끼치는 극성 또는 약간 비극성의 용제에 의해 반도체 몸체로 부터 접착제가 제거될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 반도체 몸체에 대한 작업을 수행하는 방법으로서, 상기 반도체 몸체에 제 2 몸체를 접착제에 의해 고정하고, 상기 작업을 수행하고, 상기 반도체 몸체를 상기 제 2 몸체로부터 분리시키고 상기 접착제를 제거하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법에 있어서, 탄수화물 또는 탄수화물의 혼합물을 상기 접착제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 당, 바람직하게는 올리고당 또는 주로 올리고당의 혼합물을 상기 탄수화물로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 1-4 디글루코실을 상기 당으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  4. 선행항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착색제로서, 바람직하게는 인간과 환경에 해가 없는 착색제를 상기 접착제에 제공하고, 투명한 몸체를 제 2 몸체로서 취한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  5. 선행항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매우 평평한 매끄러운 주표면을 가진 지지몸체를 상기 제 2 몸체로서 작용하게 상기 반도체 몸체에 고정하고, 그 다음에, 상기 반도체 몸체를 폴리싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마스킹 몸체를 상기 제 2 몸체로서 작용하게 상기 반도체 몸체에 고정한 다음, 상기 마스킹 몸체에 의해 차폐되지 않은 곳의 반도체 몸체로부터 물질을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  7. 선행항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극성 또는 약간 비극성 용제에서의 상기 접착제의 용해를 통하여 상기 반도체 몸체로부터 상기 접착제를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  8. 선행항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물에서의 상기 접착제의 용해를 통하여 상기 반도체 몸체로부터 상기 접착제를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 몸체의 작업 수행 방법.
  9. 제거할 수 있는 접착제에 의해 서로 결합된 반도체 몸체 및 하나 또는 수개의 제 2 몸체가 제공된 소자에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 탄수화물 또는 탄수화물의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자.
