Abstract

본 발명은 양쪽성 결합제를 함유한 2층 광영상성, 수처리성 레지스트를 인쇄 회로판에 직접 적층된 층으로 사용하여 저장 안정성과 회로 캡슐화와 같은 다른 바람직한 특성을 유지시켜면서 적층 공정 동안 줄곧 개선된 접착력을 갖는 내구성 코팅을 제공한다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a)임시 지지 필름; (b)(I)양쪽성 결합제, (Ⅱ)카르복실 함유 공중합체 결합제, (Ⅲ)2개 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화기를 함유하는 단량체 성분, 및 (Ⅳ)광개시제 또는 광개시제계로 이루어진 제1광영상성 내구성 코팅 조성물 층; 및 (c)(Ⅰ)카르복실 함유 공중합체 결합제, (Ⅱ)2개 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화기를 함유하는 단량체 성분. (Ⅲ)광개시제 또는 광개시제계, 및 (Ⅳ)열 가교체로 이루어진 제2광영상성 내구성 코팅 조성물 층으로 이루어지고, 제1층이 지지체와 제2층 사이에 삽입되어 있는 회로판에 부착할 수 있고 경화 후 용융 땜납에 견딜 수 있는 수처리성, 저장 안정성, 광영상성 내구성 코팅 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 제2광영상성 코팅 층(c)상에 커버 필름을 함유하는 내구성 코팅 소자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1광영상성 층(b)의 상기 제2광영상성 층(c)에 대한 접착력이 상기 제1광영상성 층(b)와 상기 지지 필름(a)사이의 접착력 보다 더욱 크며; 상기 제1광영상성 층(b)의 상기 제2광영상성 층(c)에 대한 접착력이 상기 제2광영상성 층(c)와 상기 커버 필름 사이의 접착력 보다 더욱 크고; 상기 제2광영상성 층(c)와 상기 커버 필름 상이 접착력이 상기 제1광영상성 층(b)와 상기 지지 필름(a)사이의 접착력 보다 더욱 큰 내구성 코팅 소자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실 함유 공중합체 결합제가 본질적으로 하기 일반식의 단위로 이루어지고, 주어진 조성물에 있어서 카르복실기의 수준이 수성 알칼리성 현상제 중에서의 양호한 현상에 필요한 양을 최적화시킴으로써 결정되는 내구성 코팅 소자.
    상기식에서, R1은 H 또는 알킬기이고, R2는 페닐, CO2R3또는 마크로머이고, R3은 H이거나 또는 비치환되거나 하나 이상의 히드록시기로 치환된 알킬이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 추가로 열 가교제를 함유하는 내구성 코팅 소자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 열 가교제가 폴리이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트기 블로킹제의 부가물, 포름알데히드와 멜라민과의 축합물 및 포름알데히드와 우레아와의 축합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 내구성 코팅 소자.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 열 가교제가 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이소시아네이트기 블로킹제, 포름알데히드와 멜라민과의 축합물 및 포름알데히드와 우레아의 축합물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 내구성 코팅 소자.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 결합제를 구성하는 단량체의 5 내지 50중량부가 마크로머인 내구성 코팅 소자.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 마크로머가 약 5,000 이하의 중량 평균 분자량과 약 3이하의 다분산성을 갖는 내구성 코팅 소자.
  10. (a)내구성 코팅내로 이동될 수 있고 경화된 내구성 코팅의 일부가 될 수 있는 액체를 기판의 표면에 도포하는 단계, (b)내구성 코팅 소자로부터 지지 필름을 제거시키는 단계, (c)과량의 액체를 적층 기판과 내구성 코팅 소자의 적어도 하나의 연부를 따라 강제로 흐르게 하여 내구성 코팅과 기판 표면과의 계면을 침투한 적층액을 통해서 기판과 내구성 코팅 사이의 접착성을 얻고, 기판 상의 임의의 도드라진 릴리프를 내구성 코팅으로 캡슐화시킴으로써 기판과 예비 성형된 비액체 내구성 코팅 소자를 적층시키는 단계, (d)기판으로부터 과량의 내구성 코팅 소자를 깍아내는 단계로 이루어지는, 임시 지지체와, (Ⅰ)양쪽성 결합제, (Ⅱ)카르복실 함유 공중합체 결합제, (Ⅲ)2개 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화기를 함유하는 단량체 성분 및 (Ⅳ)광개시제 또는 광개시제계로 이루어진 제1광영상성 내구성 코팅 조성물 층과, (Ⅰ)카르복실 함유 공중합체 결합제, (Ⅱ)2개 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화기를 함유하는 단량체 성분, (Ⅲ)광개시제 또는 광개시제계 및 (Ⅳ)열 가교제로 이루어진 제2광영상성 내구성 코팅 조성물 층과 커버 필름을 가지며, 광영상성 충돌이 지지체와 커버 필름 사이에 삽입되어 있는 수처리성, 저장 안정성, 광영상성 내구성 코팅 소자를 인쇄 회로 기판 적층시키는 방법.
