Abstract

본 발명은 디젤엔진 배기 가스의 입자상물질 제거 점화용 회전 절전형 히터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 방사형히터와 반사체를 모터의 회전축에 축설하여 전기 또는 가스터빈모터의 회전에 의해 회전하면서 가열시켜 디젤엔진 배기가스의 입상자물질을 제거할수 있도록한 것이다.
본 발명은 히터케이스의 입자상물질통로에 트랩필터를 설치하되 트랩필터의 일측으론 회전수단을 갖는 방사형히터와 공기 흐름의 냉각방지 및 열을 집중시킬 수 있는 히터반사체를 설치하여 트랩필터의 전면에 열을 골고루 발산시켜 트랩 필터 내부에 축축된 입자상물질을 착화, 점화시켜주므로서 입자상물질의 완전 제거와 이로인한 고정형히터에 비해 전력소모를 감소시킬 수 있도록한 것이 특징이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 디젤엔진 배기 가스의 입자상물질을 제거함에 있어서, 히터케이스(1)의 입자상물질통로(5)에 트랩필터(8)를 설치하되, 트랩필터(8)의 일측으론 회전수단을 갖는 방사형히터(9)와 공기흐름의 냉각방지 및 열을 집중시킬 수 있는 히터반사체(10)를 설치하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배기 가스의 입상물질 제거 점화용 회전 절전형 히터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방사형히터(9)는 트랩필터(8)의 전면중 일부만을 차지할수 있도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배기 가스의 입상물질 제거 점화용 회전 절전형 히터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방사형히터(9)와 히터반사체(10)의 회전수단 감속모터(12)의 회전에 의해 구동시켜 가열시킬 수 있도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배기 가스의 입상물질 제거 점화용 회전 절전형 히터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방사형히터(9)와 히터반사체(10)의 회전수단은 가스터빈모터(15)의 회전에 의해 구동시켜 가열시킬수 있도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배기 가스의 입상물질 제거 점화용 회전 절전형 히터.
