Abstract

본 발명에 따른 모피직물의 제조방법은 경사 및 위사를 구비하고, 각 경사 및 위사의 단부가 연결재에 정지된 부품용 기초지형체의 상기 경사 또는 이사에 가는 모피가 모의 명이 표면으로 나오도록 감긴 상태로 감겨 직물체로 되고, 이 직물체에 물을 분무하거나 직물체를 물에 침수하여 물처리를 한 후 기초지형체를 소정이 형으로 임시 정지시켜 적절히 건조시킴으로써 가는 모피를 경화시킨다.
본 발명에 의하면, 의복류의 부품의 형 붕괴없이 소정의 패턴으로 용이하게 제작할 수가 있고, 또 제작이 용이하게 되므로 제조원가를 절감할 수 있고 경쟁력이 높은 모피직물품을 제공할 수 있다.

모피직물의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 이용하는 부품용 기초지형의 일예를 도시하는 평면도,
제2도는 가는 모피가 기초지형에 감긴 상태를 나타내는 일부 확대도,
제3도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제작된 모피직물부품의 평면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 경사(2) 및 위사(3)를 구비하고, 각 경사(2) 및 위사(3)의 단부가 연결재(5)에 고정된 부품용 기초지형체(1)의 상기 경사(2) 또는 위사(3)에 가는 모피(6)가 모(6a)의 면이 표면으로 나오도록 감긴 상태로 감겨 직물체로 되고, 이 직물체에 물을 분무하거나 직물체를 물에 침수하여 물처리를 한 후 기초지형체(1)를 소정의 형으로 임시 정지시켜 적절히 건조시킴으로써 가는 모피(6)를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모피직물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가는 모피(6)를 상호 인접하는 경사(2) 또는 위사(3)에 상호 감기는 방향이 역이되도록 하는 감은 것을 특징으로하는 모피직물의 제조방법.
