Abstract

本发明毛皮织物的制造方法包括通过将切细的毛皮使其有毛的面露出表面,而且螺旋状地缠绕到由经线及纬线构成、各经纬线的端部固定在边材上的部位用基础型体的经线纬线上,而成为织体,然后,向该织体喷水或将织体浸到水中,来对该织体进行水处理,接着,将基础型体按规定的型式进行定位,再适宜地进行干燥,使切细的毛皮硬化。
按照本发明的方法,可以容易地不使花纹走样,衣服类的部位不会产生花纹走样,从而可以很容易地制造,并可降低制造成本。

Description

毛皮织物的制造方法
本发明涉及毛皮织物,例如外套、大衣、披肩等的制造方法。
过去有这样一种毛皮织物,该毛皮织物是在基础型的经线或纬线上缠绕了切细的毛皮,其中,基础型是经纬线按边材放样,来形成前身或后身或袖子等规定图案,但是,这些毛皮织物的制法,只不过是将干燥了的切细的毛皮简单缠绕到基础型的经线或纬线的基础线上。
对于这种的原有的方法,当将按基础线切细的毛皮进行缠绕时,则由于基础线因毛皮而产生伸缩,所以造成基础型的所定的图案产生花纹走样。将花纹走样的基础型,用销钉固定在工作台上,然后对该型进行整理,但是,切细的毛皮干燥后是硬的,改型重做的整理作业很费功夫,从而使工时增多,制造成本提高。
本发明目的在于提供一种毛皮织物的制造方法,该方法能够很容易地将切细的毛皮缠绕到基础型上的毛皮织体调整成规定的图案的型式,所以能够去除上述原有方法的缺点。
本发明的方法的特征在于,通过将切细的毛皮按照毛面露出表面那样螺旋状地缠绕到部位用基础型体的上述经线或纬线上,该基础型体由上述经线及纬线所构成,各经线及纬线的端部固定在边材上,以形成织体,接着向该毛皮织体上喷水,或将丝体浸在水中,来进行水处理,然后,将基础型体按规定的型式进行定位,并适宜地进行干燥,使切细的毛皮硬化,及将切细的毛皮按照与彼此卷绕方向相反的方向缠绕到相邻的经线或纬线上。
由于将向基础型的经线或纬线缠绕了毛皮的织体进行一次水处理,所以,切细的毛皮变得柔软,从而可以很容易地进行规定的图案的改型重做。
另外,由于向经线或纬线上缠绕的切细的毛皮,使各经线或纬线都逐次卷绕成彼此相反的方向,所以,由于切细的毛皮在各经线或纬线上所引起的张力,对于整体来说相互抵消了,从而,可以做成没有向一个方向偏移的规定图案的毛皮织物。
以下,通过附图所示的一个实施例,对本发明进行说明。
图1表示在本发明中所使用的部位用基础型的一个例子的平面图。
图2表示将切细的毛皮,缠绕在同一基础型上的状态的局部放大图。
图3根据本发明所制作的毛皮织物部位的平面图。

图1示出了衣服的部位,例如前身和后身等部分的基础型1、由经线2、纬线3构成网状物4,通过边材5放样成规定的基础图案。
图2示出了将切细的毛皮6,以螺旋状缠绕到上述基础型1的各经线2(或者纬线3)上的毛皮织体7,切细的毛皮6使毛6a的面成为外表面,而且对于相邻的经线要使卷绕方向成为彼此逆向来向各经线上进行缠绕。
这样,将切细的毛皮缠绕到基础的经线上的毛皮织本7进行喷水,或者浸入到水中进行水处理,然后,通过用销钉等(图中未示出)将边材固定在工作台上,从而将毛皮织体7整理成规定的图案、尺寸,再进行适宜地干燥,而制成毛皮织物。
在上面所述的制造工序中,将切细的毛皮缠绕到基础型的经线(或纬线)上,来制成毛皮织体,但是,毛皮织体,由于受到向经线(或纬线)上所缠绕的切细的毛皮的拉伸,基础型整体无论如何也要收缩。
因此,这种收缩的基础型在操作台上进行拉伸,用销钉等固定并扩展成规定的图案,但是,这种操作,由于对毛皮织体全体进行干燥就不容易进行了,操作性非常不好,因而,费工时,制造成本升高。
但是,在本发明的方法中,由于通过将切细的毛皮向基础型上缠绕的毛皮织体,进行喷水,或者将其浸入水中来进行水处理,所以,使切细的毛皮含水而变得柔软。
从而,容易将收缩的毛皮织体复原到规定的图案,这种操作可以很容易地进行,因此工时可以减少,制造成本可以降低。
另外,通过水处理后的干燥,由于切细的毛皮在适度的收缩状态下,进行硬化,所以,切细的毛皮牢固地缠绕在经线(或纬线)上,从而成为花样难以走样的制品。
另外,当将切细的毛皮按同一方向缠绕到经线或纬线上时,基础型由于切细的毛皮的张力,而向一个方向偏,但是,在本发明中,由于将切细的毛皮将每个相邻的经线(或纬线)都方向相反地缠绕到经线(或纬线)上,所以,在相邻的经线(或纬线)上,由于该切细的毛皮加上了向相反方向的张力,因而,毛皮织体没有向一个方向偏向歪斜的情况,由此可见,可以防止花纹走样。
按照本发明,可以容易地不使花纹走样,衣服类的部位不会产生花纹走样,从而可以很容易地进行制造,另外,由于制作容易,所以,可以降低制造成本,从而,可以提供竞争力强的毛皮织物。

Claims (2)

1.一种毛皮织物的制造方法,该方法包括通过将切细的毛皮使其有毛的面露出表面,而且螺旋状地缠绕到由经线及纬线构成、各经纬线的端部固定在边材上的部位用基础型体的经线纬线上,而成为织体,然后,向该织体喷水或将织体浸到水中,来对该织体进行水处理,接着,将基础型体按规定的型式进行定位,再适宜地进行干燥,使切细的毛皮硬化。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的毛皮织物的制造方法,其特征在于,将切细的毛皮使其缠绕方向彼此相反地缠绕到相邻的经线或纬线上。
