Abstract

본 발명은 플래쉬이층도금강판의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 특히 플래쉬이층도금강판의 하층을 이루는 합금화용융아연도금강판을 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의방법에 의하면 상층인 합금전기도금층을 형성하기 전에 하층을 전해 연마하여 평균조도가 0.4-0.7㎛로 되게함으로써 하층에서 많은 돌출부 및 각진부위를 가진 제타층을 제거하여 상층전기도금시에 전류의 국부적 집중을 방지하여, 그 결과 상층도금의 전착을 보다 균일하게 할 수가 있는 것이다.

  1. 합금화용융아연도금강판을 하층으로 하고 그 상부에 철계합금 전기도금을 행하는 플래쉬전기도금강판의 제조에 있어서, 상층의 합금전기도금전에 하층인 합금화용융아연도금강판의 표면을 전기연마하여 평균조도가 0.4-0.7㎛되게 처리함을 특징으로 하는 플래쉬 전기도금강판 제조방법.
