Abstract

(A)열경화성 페놀-알데히드 레졸 수지, (B)분자당 평균 한개 이상의 중합성 아크릴기를 갖는 광중합성 수지, (C)(B)용 광중합반응 개시제 및 (D)아미노트리아진-포름알데히드 수지를 포함하는 화학선 노출시 중합되어 열경화성 고체 필름 접착제를 생성하는 액체 조성물.

Claims (14)

  1. (A)열경화성 페놀-알데히드 레졸 수지, (B)분자당 평균 한개 이상의 중합성 아크릴기를 갖는 광중합성 수지, (C)(B)용 광중합반응 개시제 및 (D)아미노트리아진-포름알데히드 수지를 포함하는 화학선 노출시 중합되어 열 경화성 고체 필름 접착제를 생성하는 액체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)가 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸인 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (B)가 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 또는 아크릴화 에폭사이드 수지인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, (B)가 (Ⅰ)이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체와 (Ⅱ)히드록시기 함유 아크릴 화합물의 반응 생성물이거나, 또는 (B)가 히드록시 말단 폴리에스테르와 카르복시기, 카르복시산 할라이드 기 또는 에폭사이드기인 히드록시 반응성 기를 갖는 아크릴 화합물과의 반응 생성물이거나, 또는 (B)가 카르복시 말단 폴리에스테르와 히드록시기 또는 에폭사이드 기를 갖는 아크릴 화합물과의 반응 생성물이거나, 또는 (B)가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산과 다가 알코올 또는 다가 페놀의 폴리 글리시딜 에테르와의 부가 생성물인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 아미노트리아진-포름알데히드 수지(D)가 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지가 적어도 부분적으로 에테르화된 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 적어도 한개의 액체 아크릴 단량체를 반응성 희석제로 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 레졸(A) 대 전체 광중합성 아크릴 물질의 중량비가 1:1 내지 10:1인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 레졸(A)가 액체 조성물의 50 내지 90중량%를 포함하고, 또 광중합성 수지(B)가 레졸(A)의 5 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 액체 조성물중의 아미노트리아진-포름알데히드 수지(D)의 양이 조성물의 2 내지 30중량%인 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 화학선에 노출시킴으로써 고체 열가소성 필름 접착제로 중합된 조성물.
  12. 표면 사이에 제11항에 따른 필름 접착제를 놓아 서로 접촉하게 만들고 또 이 조립물을 가열시켜 접착제를 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 마찰 재료의 표면을 금속 표면에 결합시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 따라 액체 조성물을 상기 표면중의 적어도 한면에 도포하고 화학선에 노출시켜 열경화성 고체 필름 접착제를 형성하고, 그 표면을 합쳐서 생기 조립물을 가열시켜 접착제를 경화시키는 방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 마찰재료가 브레이크 라이닝인 방법.
