Abstract

본 발명은 자동차외장용 폴리아미드 수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 결정형 폴리아미드에다 무정형 폴리아미드, 열가소성 탄성체 및 불소계 고분자를 배합하여 제조하므로서 내충력성, 내열성, 경량성 및 도장성이 우수하여 자동차 외장부품의 소재로 유용한 폴리아미드 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 결정형 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하고 열가소성 탄성체를 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물에 있어서, 결정형폴리아미드 30~90중량%와 무정형 폴리아미드 3~50%, 열가소성 탄성체 5~30중량% 및 불소계 고분자 0.1~10중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차외장용 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정형 폴리아미드는 탄소수 6 내지 15의 지방족디아민과 지방족디카본산, 탄소수 6 내지 15의 락탐이나 아미노산 중에서 선택된 하나이상의 성분이 축중합된 폴리아미드공중합체이거나 폴리아미드간의 혼합물로서, 헥사메틸렌디아민과 아디핀산이 80중량% 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 폴리아미드는 탄소수 6 내지 15의 지방족디아민류와 다음일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 디아민류와 탄소수 6내지 15의 지방족디카본산류, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산 및 탄소수 6내지 15의 락탐이나 아미노산 중에서 선택된 하나이상의 성분이 축중합된 무정형 폴리아미드로서 다음일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 지환족디아민이나 이소프탈산 또는 테레프탈산이 5몰% 이상 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
    상기식에서, R1과 R2는 각각 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3개의 알킬기이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성체는 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 내지 8의 올레핀류 또는 아크릴계 산이나 그 유도체, 비닐계 단량체 또는 통상 10몰%이하의 저비율의 디엔계 단량체 중에서 선택된 성분이 부가중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 고분자는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 표시된 화합물군에서 선정된 1종 이상의 불소화합물 40~100중량%와 탄소수 2 내지 8의 올레핀 중에서 선정된 1종 이상의 올레핀 60~0중량%에서부터 부가중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 올레핀은 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌, 부타디엔, 펜텐-1, 이소부틸렌, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 이소프렌, 헥센-1,1,3-헥사디엔, 1,4-헥사디엔 또는 헵텐-1인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
    여기서, R1, R2및 R3는 H또는 F이고, R4는 F, Cl, CF3또는 CF2, CF3이고, R1, R2, R3또는 R4중 적어도 하나는 플루오르기이다.
