Abstract

본 발명은 분산조제를 함유하는 수성 중합체 분산액을 분무시키므로써 제조된, 물에 재분산될 수 있는 아크릴 중합체 분말에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 아크릴 중합체 분말은 1-15중량%의 올레핀계 불포화 카르복실산 코모노머를 함유하는 아크릴 중합체 및 폴리비닐 알코올을 주성분으로 하는 유효량의 분산조제를 사용한다.

Claims (12)

1-15중량%의 올레핀계 불포화 카르복실산 코모노머를 함유하는 아크릴 중합체와 또한 분산조제를 포함하는 수성 분산액(이때, 상기 수성 분산액은 염기에 의해 pH 7이상으로 중화된 것임)을 분무 건조시키므로써 제조되며 물에 재분산될 수 있는 아크릴 중합체 분말에 있어서, 상기 분산조제가 폴리비닐 알코올을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알코올이 87-99몰% 가수분해된 것인 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알코올이 200-5000의 중합도를 가지는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 분산액의 중합체 함량을 기준으로 하여 2-25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올을 함유하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 분산액의 중합체 함량을 기준으로 하여 5-15중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올을 함유하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 멜라민 포름알데히드, 리그노설포네이트 염, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리(비닐 포름아미드), 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스 또는 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트를 또 다른 분산조제로서 함유하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
1-15중량%의 올레핀계 불포화 카르복실산 코모노머를 함유하는 아크릴 중합체와 또한 분산조제를 포함하는 수성 분산액(이때, 상기 수성 분산액은 염기에 의해 pH 7이상으로 중화된 것임)을 분무 건조시키므로써 제조되며 물에 재분산될 수 있는 아크릴 중합체 분말에 있어서, 상기 분산조제의 함량은 분산액의 중합체 함량을 기준으로 2-25중량%이고, 상기 분산조제가 87-99몰% 가수분해되고 200-5000의 중합도(DPn)를 가지는 폴리비닐 알코올을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제7항에 있어서, 상기 산 코모노머가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산 및/또는 크로톤산인 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 3-10중량%의 산 코모노머를 함유하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제9항에 있어서, 5-15중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올을 포함하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
제9항에 있어서, 멜라민 포름알데히드, 리그로설포네이트 염, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리(비닐 포름아미드), 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스 또는 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트를 또 다른 분산조제로서 함유하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
아크릴산, 이타콘산, 시트라콘산, 메타크릴산, 크로톤산 도는 신나민산중의 하나 이상인 1-15중량%의 올레핀계 불포화 카르복실산 코모노머를 함유하는 아크릴 중합체와 또한 분산 조제를 포함하는 수성 분산액(이때, 상기 수성 분산액은 염기에 의해 pH 7이상으로 중화된 것임)을 분무 건조시키므로써 제조되며 물에 재분산될 수 있는 아크릴 중합체 분말에 있어서, 상기 분산조제의 함량은 분산액의 중합체 함량을 기준으로 2-25중량%이고, 상기 분산조제가 87-99몰% 가수분해되고 200-5000의 중합도(DPn)를 가지는 폴리비닐 알코올을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 중합체 분말.
