Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 신규 2-피리미딜옥시 카르보닐 아세트폐논 유도체 및 그의 이성질체, 그의 제조방법 및 유해식물 퇴치를 위한 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1은 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 페닐기 또는 저급알킬아미노기를 나타내고 ; R2는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시, 저급알킬티오기 또는 아릴옥시기를 나타내며; R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시, 저급알케닐옥시기, 저급알키닐옥시기, 저급알콕시메톡시기, 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환 피리미딜옥시기 또는 저급알콕시 카르보닐메톡시기를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)

  1. 일반식(I)의 신규 2-피리미딜옥시 카르보닐 아세트폐논 유도체 및 그의 호변이성체
    상기 식에서, R1은 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 페닐기 또는 저급알킬아미노기를 나타내고 ; R2는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시, 저급알킬티오기 또는 아릴옥시기를 나타내며; R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시, 저급알케닐옥시기, 저급알키닐옥시기, 저급알콕시메톡시기, 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환 피리미딜옥시기 또는 저급알콕시 카르보닐메톡시기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1은 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 폐닐, 트리플루오로 메틸 또는 디메틸아미노이고 ; R2는 수소원자, 염소원자, 메틸, 에톡시, 폐녹시 또는 에틸티오기를 나타내며 ; R3는 수소원자이거나, 벤젠고리의 4, 5 또는 6위치에 치환된 염소원자, 불소원자, 메틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 프로폭시, 이소프로폭시. 부톡시, 아릴옥시, 2-프로판옥시, 2-부텐옥시, 메톡시메틸옥시, 메톡시카르보닐메틸옥시, 벤질옥시, 2-피리미딘옥시 또는 2-(4,6-디메톡시피리미딜)옥시임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 불활성 유기용매의 존재하에 금속 수소화물로 처리하여 반응시킨 다음, 수득된 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 비양자성 극성 유기용매 미 적합한 염기의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 제 1 항에서 정의한 의미를 갖으며, X는 염소원자 또는 메틸술포닐기를 나타낸다.
  4. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 비양자성 극성 유기용매 및 적합한 염기의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시킨 다음, 수득된 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 불활성 유기용매의 존재하에 금속 수소화물로 처리하여 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 제 1 항에서 정의한 의미를 갖으며, X는 염소원자 또는 메틸술포닐기를 나타낸다.
  5. 일반식 화합물(Ⅶ)의화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에, -70℃ 내지 0℃의 온도에서 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물과 알들 축합 반응시킨 다음, 수득된 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물을 콜린스 산화반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 제 1 항에서 정의한 의미를 갖는다.
  6. 유해한 잡초 퇴치를 위한 제 1 항또는 제 2 항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
  7. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물과 유화제, 분산제, 침투제, 전착제 및 안정제에서 선택된 하나 이상의 보조제를 함유한 제초제 조성물.
