Abstract
구조식(1)의 설폰을 제조하는 방법은 일반식(5)의 디스아조/디수아조옥시 염료를 환원 분해시킴을 포함한다.
상기식에서, B는 직접 결합 또는 가교원이고, v, w, x 및 y는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이며, 이때, x와 y의 합은 0 또는 1이고 v와 w의 합은 0또는 1이다.

Claims (7)
- 일반식(5)의 디수아조/디수아조옥시 염료를 환원 분해시킨 다음, 생성된 일반식(2)의 디아미노 화합물을 산성화시키고, 침전시킨 후, 2개의 베타인이 결합된 상태로 존재하는 거의 수불용성인 베타인으로 분리함을 특징으로하여, 구조식(1)의 [5-아미노-2-(2-하이드록시에틸아미노)-페닐]-2-하이드록시에틸)설폰의 제조하는방법.상기식에서, B는 직접 결합 또는 가교원이고, v, w, x 및 y는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이며, 이때, x와 y의 합은 0 또는 1이고 v와 w의 합은 0 또는 1이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, B가 CH2, CH2CH2, SO2, CO, O, CH=CH,NHCONH, OCH2CH2, O,NH 또는 N(C1-C4-알킬)인 일반식(5)의 디스아조/디스아조옥시 염료를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, B가 CH2CH2또는 CH=CH인 일반식(5)의 디스아조/ 디스아조옥시 염료를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(5a)의 디스아조/ 디스아조옥시 염료를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기식에서, B는 CH2CH2또는 CH=CH이고, v, w, x 및 y는 제 1 항에 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(5)의 디수아조/디수아조옥시 염료가, 일반식(2)의 디아미노 화합물을 테트라아조화시키고, 테트라아조늄 화합물을 구조식(3)의 2-(2-하이드록시에틸)머캅토-N-(2-하이드록시에틸)아닐린 2당량에 커플링시킨 다음, 생성된 일반식(4)의 디스아조 화합물을 산화시킴으로써 수득되는 방법.상기식에서 B는 직접 결합 또는 가교원이고, v, w, x 및 y는 제 1 항에 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, B가 CH2, CH2CH2, SO2, CO, O, CH=CH,NHCONH, OCH2CH2, O,NH 또는 N(C1-C4-알킬)인 디아미노 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 일반식(2a)의 디아미노 화합물을 사용하는 방법.상기식에서, B는 CH2CH2또는 CH=CH이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
