Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 연료탱크 내에 설치되는 연료필터의 장착 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 연료필터(3)는 연료펌프(2)의 하부에 결합된 연료필터지지부(4)의 안내홈을 따라 상하이동이 자유롭게 설치되되, 이 연료필터지지부(4)에 형성된 안내홈(5)에 안내핀(6)을 매개로 연결되면서 스프링(7)으로 탄지되어 있으며, 이 연료필터(3)의 하부에는 소음과 진동전달을 차단하는 고무재질의 방진재(8)가 연료탱크(1)의 체임버(9)에 접하여 설치됨에 따라 상기 연료필터(3)와 연료탱크(1)의 체임버(9) 사이에는 일정한 간격이 유지되어질 뿐만 아니라 이 연료펌프(2)에서 발생되는 소음과 진동이 차체에 전달되지 않도록 되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 연료탱크내에 설치되어 연료중의 먼지나 이물질같은 불순물을 분리하면서 연료펌프에 연결되어 이루어진 차량용 연료탱크의 연료필터 장착구조에 있어서, 상기 연료필터(3)는 연료펌프(2)의 하부에 결합된 연료필터지지부(4)의 안내홈을 따라 상하이동이 자유롭게 설치되되, 이 연료필터지지부(4)에 형성된 안내홈(5)에 안내핀(6)을 매개로 연결되면서 스프링(7)으로 탄지되어 있으며, 이 연료필터(3)의 하부에는 소음과 진동전달을 차단하는 고무재질의 방진재(8)가 연료탱크(1)의 체임버(9)에 접하여 설치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 연료탱크의 연료필터 장착구조.
