Abstract
토출냉매가스에 의한 고차진동을 제어하고 압축기의 소음을 경감시킨다.
복수의 실린더(la)를 정성한 실린더블록(1)의 밸브플레이트(4)를 통해서 중앙부에 흡입실(6), 그 외주부에 환형의 토출실(7)을 구획하여 형성한 후 부하우징(5)을 결합하여 고정한다. 전기한 실린더(la)내에 수용된 피스톤(19)를 왕복운동시키고 흡입실(6)으로부터 흡입된 냉매가스를 실린더(la)내에서 압축해서 밸브플레이트(4)에 형성된 토출공(4b)로부터 토출밸브(9a)를 밀어서 전기한 토출실(7)로 압송하도록 한다. 전기한 토출공(4b)로부터 토출된 냉매가스흐름이 다른 토출밸브(9a)에 충돌하는 것을 회피하기 위해 차폐판(22)를 토출실 (7)에 설치하고 차폐판(22)와 후부한우징(5)의 안쪽 정상면과의 사이에 통로(23)을 형성한다.

제4도는 본 발명의 실시예의 토출밸브의 지동측정데이타를 나타는 그래프.
Claims (1)
- 복수의 실린더(1a)를 형성한 실린더블록(1)의 밸브플레이트(4)를 통해서 중앙부에 흡입실(6), 그 내주부에 환형의 토출실(7)을 구획하여 형성한 하우징을 접합하여 고정하고, 전기한 실린더(1a)내에 수용된 피스톤을 왕복운동시키고 흡입실(6)부터 흡입된 냉매가스를 실린더(1a)내에서 압축하고 밸브플레이트(4)에 형성된 토출공(4b)으로부터 토출밸브(9a)를 밀어서 전기한 토출실(7)로 압송하도록 피스톤형 압축기에 있어서, 전기한 토출공(4b)으로부터 토출된 냉매가스흐름이 다른 토출밸브(9a)에 충돌하는 것을 회피하기 위한 차폐부재를 토출밸브로 (9a)의 냉매가스상류측에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
