Abstract
본 발명은 광분해능이 우수한, (가)폴리올레핀; 및 (나)이온성을 갖는 변성 폴리에틸렌; 불포화에틸렌계 고리 무수물이 그래프트된 폴리올레핀; 산화폴리에틸렌중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물;과, 임의로 (다)감광제를 포함하는 광분해성 폴리올레핀 필름 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- (가)폴리올레핀; 및 (나)이온성을 갖는 변성 폴리에틸렌; 불포화에틸렌계 고리 무수물이 그래프트된 폴리올레핀 및 산화폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물;과, 임의로 (다)감광제를 포함하는 광분해성 폴리올레핀 필름 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 에틸렌 아세트산 비닐 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 중밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물로서, 용융흐름 지수가 0.01 내지 8.00g/10분이고 비중이 0.917내지 0.961g/㎤인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지의 용융흐름 지수가 1.4 내지 16g/10분이고 비중이 0.890 내지 0.910g/㎤인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지가 평균 에틸렌 함량이 2.5 내지 8.5중량%인 에틸렌과의 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 아세트산비닐 공중합체가, 비닐아세트산의 함량이 3 내지 18중량%이며, 용융흐름 지수가 0.3 내지 4g/10분이고, 비중이 0.925 내지 0.943g/㎤인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온성을 갖는 변성 폴리에틸렌이, 용융흐름 지수가 1.0내지 2.6g/10분이고 비중이 0.940 내지 0.950g/㎤인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온성을 갖는 변성 폴리에틸렌의 함량이 0.01 내지 20중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 에틸렌계 고리 무수물이 그래프트된 폴리올레핀의 함량이 0.1 내지 10.0중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 폴리에틸렌의 함량이 0.01 내지 10중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 에틸렌계 고리 무수물이 그래프트된 폴리 올레핀이, 그래프트%가 0.01 내지 10%이고, 용융흐름 지수가 1 내지 1,300g/10분이며, 비중이 0.757 내지 0.965g/㎤인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 폴리에틸렌이, 비중이 0.98내지 1.00g/㎝이고, 산성도가 16내지 41㎎KOH/g이며, 브룩필드 점도가 150℃에서 2500 내지 8500센티포이즈인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광제를 폴리올레핀 조성물 100중량부에 대해 0.001 내지 0.10 중량부 포함하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 감광제가 철계 화합물인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 철계 화합물이 페릭 아세틸아세토네이트, 페릭 디에틸 디티오카바메이트, 페릭 스테아레이트 및 페릭 팔미테이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
