Description
본 발명은 산을 사용하여 양성자화함으로써 수용성이 되고 그리고 음극전기피복 최종물질을 제조하기에 적합한 결합제에 관한 것이다.
독일연방공화국 공고출원 제 DAS 2,057,799 호는 양전하를 띠고 아민을 함유한 수지와 블록된 다작용성의 이소시안산으로 이루어진 물에 분산된, 이온성, 유기물 수지의 음극전기 이동 용착을 위한 공정을 설명한다.
유럽특허 제 12,463 호 및 제 40,867 호는 에스테르 교환반응을 통해서 교차결합되는 열경화성 피복재료가 기재되어 있다. 사용된 교차결합제는 β-히드록시 에스테르기들을 함유한다.
독일연방공화국 공개출원 제 DOS 2,737,375 호는 부가 생성물의 몰당 2몰 이상 모노에폭사이드 또는 C8-C24-모노카르복실산, 바람직하게는 모노에폭사이드와 반응되는, 폴리에폭시수지와 폴리아민과 반응생성물을 공개하였다. 아미노폴라스트와 페노플라스트가 교차결합제로서 사용된다.
독일연방공화국 공개출원 제 DOS 3,311,514 호는 열경화성 최종물질내에 결합제 성분으로서 적합한 요소축합물을 설명한다. 이 출원의 실시예 6에서, 요소축합물은 140℃ 정도의 베이킹 온도에서 매우 양호한 기계적 성질과 내부 식성을 가지는 음극전기피복 최종물질을 준비하기 위해서 헥사메틸렌디아민/폴리에폭시화물 부가 생성물 및 이합체화된 지방산의 축합물과 함께 사용된다. 이 결합제의 유일한 단점은 약간 표면이 거칠며, 배쓰(bath)에 가라앉는 경향이 약간 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 설명된 단점을 극복하고, 전기피복배쓰의 또다른 우수한 성질, 특히 전기피복배쓰의 7이상의 pH를 유지하여 플랜트 부식에 대한 효율적인 보호를 제공한다. 본 발명의 목적은 본 발명에 따른 새로운 결합제 조성물에 의해서 얻어진다는 것이 밝혀졌다.
본 발명은 (A)와 (B)의 합이 100인 조건에서 (A) (a) 필수적으로 2차 아민과 폴리에폭사이드 화합물의 에폭사이드-유리 부가 생성물질과, (b) 과량의 디아민의 존재하에 제조되고, 에폭사이드기의 완전한 전환후에, 과량의 디아민으로부터 분리된 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물과 C6이상을 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산의 축합물이 반응(단 (a)와 (b)의 반응은 약 100∼250℃에서 수행된다)함에 의해 수득될 수 있고 그리고 염기성 질소기가 치환되는 50내지 90중량%의 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물 및 (B) 실온에서 성분 (A)와 반응하지 않으나, 증가된 온도에서 성분(A)와 교차 결합하는 10 내지 50중량%의 교차결합제로 본질적으로 구성되는 염기성 질소기가 치환되고, 산과 함께 양성자화에 의해 희석될수 있는 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물과 이러한 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물을 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 교차결합제를 토대로 하는 음이온 전기 피복용 결합제에 관한 것이다.
디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물과 C6이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산의 축합물(b)는 바람직하게는 성분(A)의 존재하에 준비된다.
또한, 이것은, 만약 성분(A)의 준비를 위해서 사용된 2차 아민이 C6이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산 또는 이의 에스테르를 몰당 한개의 1차 및 β-히드록시 알킬기가 치환된 한개의 2차 아미노기가 치환된 디아민과 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 부분적 또는 완전한 아미드-함유 2차 아민이라면 바람직하다.
성분(b)의 제조를 위해 이합체화되고 불포화된 C10-C24-지방산(이합체 지방산)을 디카르복실산으로서 사용하고, 포화 또는 불포화 C8-C24-지방산을 모노-카르복실산으로서 사용하는 것이 또한 바람직하다.
C2내지 C26을 함유하고, 추가로 작용기를 함유한 디알킬아민은 성분(a)을 준비하기 위한 2차 아민으로 사용되는 것이 바람직하다.
바람직한 교차결합제(B)는 다가의 블록된 이소시안네이트, 아미노플라스트수지 또는 페노플라스트수지, 폴리아미노메틸레이티드폴리페놀, 에스테르가 아민 분해 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응을 통해서 경화하는 교차결합제 및 요소 축합체이다.
본 발명은 색소, 유기용매 및/또는 다른 보조제를 함유하는 수용성 분산질의 형태로, 산을 이용하여 양성자화함으로써 수용성이 되어지는 피복물질로서 새로운 결합제의 용도, 5중량% 내지 30중량%의 새로운 결합제를 함유한 음극피복용 수용성 피복배쓰 및, 새로운 결합제 또는 피복제를 적용하여 베이킹을 수행함으로써 얻어지고, 피복이 제공된 제품에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 결합제의 성분에 대해서, 아래에 상세히 설명될 것이다.
성분(A)는 염기성 질소기가 치환된 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물이다.
다가페놀의 종래 글리시딜 폴리에테르는 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 제조를 위한 폴리에폭사이드로서 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 다가페놀의 실례는 레소르시놀, 히드로퀴논, p,p'-디히드록시페닐프로판(비스페놀 A), p,p'-디히드록시벤조페논, p,p'-디히드록시디페닐, p,p'-디히드록디페닐에탄, 비스-(2-히드록시나프틸)-메탄, 1,5-디히드록시나프틸렌 및 노볼랙이다. 비스페놀 A가 바람직하다. 폴리페놀은 에피할로히드린, 특히 에피크로로히드린과 반응함에 의해 폴리에폭사이드로 변환될 수 있다. 낮은 분자량을 가지는 폴리에폭사이드는 에피할로히드린이 아주 과량으로 사용될 때 형성되고, 높은 분자량을 가지는 폴리에폭사이드는 소량의 에피할로히드린을 사용하거나, 또는 낮은 분자량의 폴리에폭사이드와 폴리페놀을 반응시킴으로써 얻어진다. 새로운 결합제는 약 180 내지 약 2500의 에폭사이드 당량을 가지는, 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르를 사용하여 제조되는 것이 바람직하다.
성분(a)을 제조하기 위해서, 폴리에폭사이드는 2차 아민과 반응된다. 반응은 용매가 있거나 또는 없는 상태에서 수행될 수 있다. 반응온도는 넓은 한계내에서 변한다. 예를들면, 20℃ 내지 200℃의 온도가 적합하고, 50℃∼150℃로 서서히 가열하는 것이 빠른 반응을 얻는데 유리하다. 적절한 2차 아민 또는 2차 모노아민, 예컨대 메틸에탄올아민, 에틸에탄올아민, 메틸이소프로판올아민, 또는 디에탄올아민 또는 디이소프로판올아민과 같은 디알칸올아민이다. 이차 모노아민은, 또한 작용기가 이차 아민이 폴리에폭사이드와 반응하는데 방해를 하지 않는다면, 추가으 작용기를 함유해도 된다. 이러한 작용기의 실례는 에스테르, 에테르 및 아미드기 뿐만아니라, 히드록실기이다. 아미드기를 가지는 적절한 2차 모노아민의 실례는 아미노에틸에탄올아민과 같은 1차/2차 디아민과 카르복실산의 반응 생성물이다. 그 이유는 이 반응에서 아미드가 2차 아미노기로부터 우세하게 형성되어, 2차 모노아민이 생성되기 때문이다. 상기 2차 모노아민을 단독 또는 혼합물로서 사용될 수 있다 ; 나아가 이차 디아민 및 소량으로, 1차 모노아민 또는 1차/2차 또는 두개의 1차 디아민이 사용된다. 존재할 수도 있거나 또는 존재하지 않을 수도 있는, 다아민은 폴리에폭사이드와 반응에서, 방해가 되지 않는 다른 기를 부가적으로 함유한다. 예를들면, 아미노에틸에탄올 아민과 같은 1차/2차 디아민과, 이합체화된 C10-C24-지방산과 같은 디카르복실산에서 수득된 아미도아민이 2차 디아민으로서 사용되는 것이 유리할 수도 있다.
성분(a)를 제조하기위해서, 2차 아민은 폴리에폭사이드 화합물의 에폭사이드기당 2차 아민의 1개의 아미노기가 사용되는 정도의 양으로 폴리에폭사이드 화합물과 일반적으로 반응된다.
성분(b)을 제조하기 위해서, 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물은 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산을 사용하여 축합된다. 여기서 사용된 상기 부가 생성물은 상기 하나이상의 폴리에폭사이드 화합물, 바람직하게는 비스페놀 A를 기초로한 폴리에폭사이드 화합물을 과량의 디아민과 반응시키고 에폭사이드기의 반응이 종료되고 나서, 그 여분을 분리함으로써 얻어진다. 특히 적절한 디아민은 C2내지 C14의 1차 디아민이고, 이 1차 디아민은 예를들면 에테르기와 같은 다른기를 또한 포함한다. 적절한 디아민의 실례는 4,7,10-트리옥사트리데칸-1,13-디아민, 4,7-디옥사데칸-1,10,-디아민, 4,9-디옥사도데칸-1,12-디아민, 4,4'-메틸렌비스시클로헥실아민, 1,4-시클로헥산디아민 및 이소포론디아민 뿐만아니라 에틸렌디아민, 1,3-프로필렌디아민, 1,4-부틸렌디아민, 1,5-펜타메틸렌디아민, 2-메틸-1,5-펜타메틸렌디아민 및 특히 바람직하게는 헥사메틸렌디아민이다.
디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물을 제조하기 위해서, 아민은 일반적으로 초기에 취해지고, 폴리에폭사이드 화합물이 멜트내에 첨가되거나, 용액으로서 첨가된다. 반응은 실온에서 수행될 수 있으나, 약 40∼150℃의 더 높은 온도가 반응속도를 증가시키기 위해서 선택되는 것이 유리하다. 통상 아민의 2 내지 10당량, 바람직하게는 2, 5 내지 8당량이 에폭사이드의 1당량에 대해서 사용된다. 반응이 완료되었을 때, 에폭사이드값(mole/100g)이 0으로 떨어졌다. 계속해서 과량의 아민은 감압하에서 혼합물을 가열함으로써 제거된다. 헥사메틸렌디아민과 같은 비교적 약한 휘발성 아민의 경우에, 500mber 압력하에서 최대 200℃까지 온도가 적합하다.
약한 휘발성의 디아민을 제거하는 편리한 방법은 비교적 높은 끊는 점을 가지는 디아민조차도, 완전하지는 않지만, 실질적인 제거를 보증하는 폴링(falling) 필름 또는 얇은 필름증발기를 사용하는 것이다. 계속해서 그 결과로 생긴 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물은 C6이상을 가지는 하나이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산과 축합된다. 이들산은 또한 산의 에스테르형으로 사용되어도 좋다. 이 경우에, 에스테르 알코올은 축합과정 동안에 제거된다.
적절한 모노카르복실산의 실례는 α-에틸헥산, 이소노난산, 카프릴산, 아프르산, 스테아르산, 리놀레산, 리놀렌산 및 벤조산이다.
적합한 디카르복실산의 예는 아디프산, 세바스산, 노난디카르복실산, 데칸디카르복실산, 도데칸디카르복실산, Unilever에서 제조되는1014와 같은 이합체되고, 불포화 C10-C24-지방산(이합체 지방산), 및 프탈산 및 테레프탈산 뿐만아니라 이들 카르복실산의 혼합물이다.
디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물의 카르복실산과의 축합은 100℃ 내지 250℃에서, 바람직하게는 150℃ 내지 200℃에서 수행된다, 축합동안에 형성된 물을 용이하게 제거하기 위해서, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌과 같은 매질(entraining agent)로서 적합한 용매가 첨가되어도 된다.
모노-및/또는 디카르복실산은, 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물의 1차 아미노기당 카르복실산으 하나 이하의 카르복실기가 있을 정도의 양이 사용된다. 일반적으로, 1차-아미노기 : 카르복실기의 비는 1.7 : 1 내지 5 : 1이다.
(a)와 (b)의 반응은 약100∼250℃에서, 바람직하게는 150∼200℃에서 행해진다. 다수의 경우에 (a)와 (b)의 축합반응은 동시에 발생하여서 반응 단계를 적게하기 때문에, 성분(a)의 존재하에서, 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물과 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산과의 축합을 수행하는 것이 바람직하다.
(a)와 (b)의 축합의 성질에 대해서는 정확히 알려져 있지 않다. 결론적으로, 카르복실 에스테르의 (b)에서 (a)로의 부분 전달, 또는 카르복실산의 사용되는 곳에서, 디카르복실산의 브리지를 통해서 (a)와 (b)의 부분적인 화합이 일어난다. 대부분의 경우에, 성분(a)이 예를들면 1차/2차 다아민이 모노- 또는 디카르복실산과 축합하여 얻을 수 있는 상기된 2차 아민을 사용함으로써 달성될 수 있는 아미드기를 함유한다면 특히 유리한 결과가 얻어질수 있다.
성분 (a) 및 (b)이 사용되는 비는 넓은 범위내에서, 예를 들면 0.1 : 1 내지 9 : 1까지 변할수 있다. 산업적으로, 더 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 성분(a)의 비교적 많은 양을 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 그러므로 약 1 : 1 내지 3 : 1의 비가 바람직하다.
적절한 성분(B)는 음극전기피복 최종물질에 사용될 수 있는 모든 교차결합제이다.
적절한 교차결합제(B)의 실례는 요소/포름알데히드수지, 멜라민수지 또는 벤조구안아민수지와 같은 아미노플라스트수지, 블록된 이소시안네이트 교차결합제, 에스테르 아미노 분해반응 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응에 의해서 경화되고 평균적으로 몰당 둘 이상의 활성화된 에스테르기를 가지는 교차결합제, 예컨대 유럽특허 제 40,867 호에 따른 β-히드록시알킬 에스테르 교차결합제 및 독일연방공화국 특허출원 제 P 32 33 139.8 호에 따른 카르보알콕시 메틸 에스테르 교차결합제, 및 독일연방공화국 공개출원 제 DOS 3,311,514 호에 설명된 요소 축합물이다.
성분(A)와 (B)의 비는 두성분에서 교차결합할 수 있는 기의 형태와 수에 의존한다. 일반적으로, 사용된 (B)에 대한 (A)의 비는 1 : 1 내지 9 : 1, 바람직하게는 1 : 1 내지 5 : 1, 더욱 바람직하게는 1.5 : 1 내지 4 : 1 이다.
피복물질을 제조하기 위해서, 색소, 보조제, 용매 및 경화촉매와 같은 다른 물질이 결합제에 첨가될 수 있다.
이 방식으로 제조된 피복물질은, 분무, 침지, 주입 또는 나이프피복과 같은 종래의 방식으로, 나무, 유리, 플라스틱 또는 금속과 같은 기재에 적용될 수 있다.
피복층의 경화는 교차결합재의 형태에 따라서, 80℃ 내지 220℃에서 3 내지 40분간 수행된다.
산을 사용하여 양이온한 후, 새로운 결합제는 수용성이 되며, 종래의 방식으로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만아니라 음극전기피복에 의해서 이용될 수도 있다. 이 방법은, 화학적인 예비처리, 예를들면 인산처리되었거나 또는 되지 않은 금속제품 또는 활동판, 동, 아연, 알루미늄, 철 및 강과 같은 전도성 기재를 피복하는데 사용된다.
결합제는 무기산 또는 유기산을 사용하여 양이온화될 수 있다. 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 락트산 및 포스폰산이 이 목적에 특히 적합하다. 음극전기피복을 위한, 전기피복배쓰의 고체 함량은 일반적으로 5∼45중양%, 바람직하게는 10∼30중량%로 된다. 융착은 15 내지 40℃ 온도에서 30 내지 360초동안 보통 일어난다. 배쓰의 pH는 4.5∼9.0 바람직하게는 5.0∼8.0보다 바람직하게는 6.8∼8.0이다, 용착전압은 50내지 500볼트로 설정된다. 피복될 제품이 음극이 되고, 석출된 필름은 90℃ 이상의 온도에서 베이킹된다.
[성분(A)의 제조]
성분(A1) : 우선 아미드기를 가지는 2차 디아민을 제조하였다. 이것을 제조하기 위해서, 이합체 지방산(단위체 1%와 삼합체3% 이하를 함유한 Unichema에서 제조한 Pripol 1010)290g과 N-아미노에틸에탄올아민 104g을 물 18부가 증류될 때까지, 반응기내에서 온도 190∼195℃에서 가열하였다.
또하나의 반응기에서, 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물이 제조되었다. 이것을 제조하기 위해서, 헥사메틸렌디아민의 400g을 80℃로 가열하고 나서, 톨루엔중에서, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)-프로판에 근거하고, 480의 에폭사이드 당량무게를 갖는 시판용 에폭시수지의 400g을 만든 80중량% 농도의 용액을 가하였다. 초기 발열반응이 소멸되었을 때, 반응은 30분동안에 100℃에서 완료되었다. 그 이후, 과량의 헥사메틸렌디아민과 톨루엔이 감소된 압력하에서 증류되었고, 내부온도는 180℃에 이르렀다. 계속해서 자유아민의 나머지 미량을 0.5mber와 180℃의 엷은 필름증발기내에서 제거하였다. 생성물은 g당 KOH 160mg의 아민수와 95℃의 연화온도를 갖는다.
또하나의 용기내에, 2,2-비스-(4-히드록시페닐)-프로판에 기초하고 480의 당량무게를 가지는 시판용 에폭시수지의 105g을 크실렌의 39g에 용해시켰다. 미리60℃로 가열되어 다루기가 더 쉽게된 상기 메틸에탄올아민 11.06g과 아미드-함유 2차 디아민 22.6g을 70℃에서 첨가하였다. 발열반응이 소멸되었을 때, 혼합물이 100℃에서 1시간 더 유지되었다. 그 이후에, 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물(고체로서) 68.8g과 이합체 지방산(Pripol 1010) 10.3g을 첨가하고, 그리고 형성된 물은 온도가 195℃에 도달될 때까지 약간의 크실렌과 함께 증류하였다. 이 온도에서 30분 경과한후, 혼합물을 냉각시키고, 이 혼합물이 100℃에 도달되었을 때, 이소부탄올 78g을 가하여 70중량%의 고체 함량으로 희석하였다. 생성물으 점도는 Epprecht사 제품인 플레이트(plate) 및 콘(cone)점성도계를 사용하여 75℃에서 측정하여 1800mPas이었다.
성분(A2) : 480g의 에폭사이드 당량무게를 가지며, 성분(A1)을 제조하기 위해서 사용된 에폭시수지 250g을 크실렌 52g에 녹이고, 메틸에탄올아민 37.5g을 부가하고, 그 혼합물을 1시간동안에 100℃로 가열하였다. 그리고나서 성분(A1)에 대해서 기재된 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물 287.5g과 이합체 지방산(Pripol 1010)을 부가하고, 물을 90분 동안에 분리하고, 온도는 이 분리 방법이 끝나면서 190∼195℃로 증가하였다. 혼합물을 100℃로 냉각시키고, 이소부탄올 223g을 사용하여 70중량%의 고체농도로 희석시켰다. 생성물은 75℃에서 1360mPas의 점도를 가지며, g당 KOH 2mg 내지 3mg의 산수(acid number)를 가졌다.
성분(A3) : 비스페놀 A를 기초로하고, 490의 에폭사이드 당량무게를 가지는 에폭시수지 1000g을 크실렌 50g과 함께 용융시켰다. 성분(A1)을 제조하기 위해서 사용된 아미드-함유 2차 디아민의 215g과 디에탄올아민 147.5g을 60℃에서 첨가하고, 혼합물을 100℃에서 1시간동안 가열하였다. 그리고나서, 성분(A1)에 대해서 설명된 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물 579g, 이합체 지방산 (Pripol 1010) 62g과, 아마씨기름 지방산 30.5g을 첨가하여, 이 혼합물을 가열하였다. 약 150℃ 이상 온도에서, 아미드 형성과정동안에 유리된 물을 분리하고, 온도를 천천히 증가시켰다. 2시간 후에, 반응이 완료되었고, 온도는 1985℃이었다. 혼합물을 냉각시키고, 100℃에서, 이소부탄올 718g을 사용하여 70중량%의 고체함량으로 희석시켰다. 생성물은 75℃에서 136mPas의 점도를 가졌다.
성분(A4) (비교실시예) : 처음에, 성분(A2)에 대해서 설명된 방법을 수행하고, 에폭시수지와 메틸에탄올아민으로 성분(a2)을 제조하였다. 그리고 성분(a2)을 이소부탄올을 사용하여 70중량%로 희석하였다.
또하나의 용기에, 190℃에서 물을 분리하는 동안에 소량의 크실렌을 첨가하면서, 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물과 이합체 지방산에서 성분(b2)을 제조하였다. 혼합물을 100℃로 냉각시키고나서, 이소부탄을 사용하여 70중량%로 희석시켰다. 성분은 상온에서 (a2) 2g과 (b2) 1부의 비율로 혼합하였다.
[성분(B)의 제조]
성분(B1) : 삼합체된 헥사메틸렌 디이소시안네이트 504g을 메틸 이소부틸케톤 382g에 녹였다. 디부틸아민 388g을 70℃에서 냉각된 용액에 적가하였다. 이소시안네이트 값을 제로에 근접할 때까지 교반을 계속하였다. 생성물은 70중량%의 고체함량을 가졌다.
성분(B2) : 트리메틸올프로판 1340g, 요소 3600g, 디부틸아민 3870g, 헥사메틸렌 디아민 1740g 및 3,3'-디메틸-4,4'-디아미노디스크로 헥실메탄 3570g을 천천히 가열하였다. 120℃ 이상의 온도에서, 암모니아를 제거하고 요소는 용액내로 들어갔다. 온도를 2시간동안에 155℃로 증가시키고, 강력하에 환류시켜서 다량의 연한, 결정성 용착물이 침전된다. 환류하에서 5시간이 더 지나면, 침전물이 다시 용해하여 온도가 165℃로 된다. 계속해서 디부틸아민 3870g을 2시간동안 적가하고, 혼합물을 185℃에서 8시간동안 더 가열하였다. 이 온도에서, 계속해서 디부틸아민 3600g을 감압하여 제거하고 톨루엔 5170g을 사용하여 희석시켰다. 생성물은 무색이며, 점성이 있는 액체는 70중량%의 고체함량을 가진다.
성분(B3) : 에스테르 교환반응에 의해서 교차결합하는, 유럽특허 제 40,867 호의 실시예(IId)로부터의 폴리에스테르를 제조하였다.
[실시예 1 내지 5와 비교예]
분산질의 제조 : 성분(A)와 (B)를 아래에 기술된 비로 혼합하고, 10중량%의 초산을 첨가하였다. 교반하면서, 서서히 물을 첨가하여 분산액을 제조하였다.
*) 물을 첨가하기전에 옥토산납(Pb 24%) 15g을 첨가하였다.
1)비교예 : 고도의 중화에도 불구하고, 분산액은 매우 거친 입자이고, 가라앉아서 피복배쓰를 제조하는것이 불가능했음.
색소 페이스트 : 부틸글리콜 168.7g, 물 600g 및 아세트산 16.5g을 성분(A1) 528.8g에 첨가하였다. 그리고 이산화티타늄 800g, 카이본블랙 11.0g 및 염기성 규산납을 도입하였다. 혼합물을 볼밀내에서 9μm이하의 입자크기로 분쇄하였다. 그리고 고체농도를 물을 사용하여 49중량%로 만들었다.
전기피복배쓰 : 색소 페이스트 764g을 각각의 교반된 분산질에 첨가하였다. 배쓰를 120시간동안 28℃에서 교반하였다. 피복필름이, 음극이었던 아연-인산처리된 강시험판낼상에서 120초동안에 기술된 전압에서 용착되었고, 그리고 170℃에서 20분동안 베이킹되었다. 아래표는 결과를 나타낸다.
피복시험의 결과 층두께 17μm

3) 커핑은 Gardner 사의 맨드릴 충격 시험기를 사용하여 ASTM D 2794에 따라 결정됨.
Claims (8)
- (A)와 (B)의 합이 100인 조건에서 (A) (a) 필수적으로 2차 아민과 폴리에폭사이드 화합물의 에폭사이드-유리부가 생성물과 (b) 과량의 디아민의 존재하에 제조되고, 에폭사이드기의 완전한 전환후에, 과량의 디아민으로부터 분리된 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가 생성물과 C6이상을 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산의 축합물이 반응(단 (a)와 (b)의 반응은 약 100∼250℃에서 수행된다)함에 의해 수득될 수 있고 그리고 염기성 질소기가 치환되는 50 내지 90중량%의 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물 및 (B) 실온에서 성분(A)와 반응하지 않으나, 중가된 온도에 성분(A)와 교차결합하는 10 내지 50중량%의 교차결합제로 본질적으로 구성되는 염기성 질소기가 치환되고, 산과 함께 양성자화에 의해 희석될 수 있는 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물과 이러한 다중 부가 생성물/축중합물을 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 교차결합제를 토대로 하는 음이온 전기 피복용 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 축합물(b)가 성분(a)의 존재하에서 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(a)을 제조하기 위해서 사용된 2차 아민의 일부 또는 전부가 C6이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산 또는 그 산의 에스테르를 몰당 하나의 1차 아미노기와 β-히드록시 알킬기가 치환되는 하나의 2차 아미노기가 치환되는 디아민과 반응시켜 얻어진 아미드-함유 2차 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이합체된 불포화 C10-C24-지방산(이합체 지방산)이 성분(b)을 제조하기 위해서 디카르복실산으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C2내지 C36를 함유하고 또한 다른 작용기를 함유해도 되는 디알킬아민이 성분(a)을 제조하기 위해서 2차 아민으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교차결합제(B)가 다가의 블록된 이소시안네이트, 아미노플라스트 또는 페노플라스트수지, 폴리아미노메틸레이티드폴리페놀, 에스테르 분해반응 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응에 의해서 경화하는 교차결합제 또는 요소축합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1 항에 청구된 바와같은 5중량% 내지 30중량%의 결합제를 함유하는 음극전기피복용 수용성 피복배쓰.
- 제 1 항에 청구된 바와같은 결합제를 사용하여 얻어지고, 피복이 제공되는 제품.
