Claims (8)
- (A)와 (B)의 합이 100인 조건에서(A) (a) 필수적으로 2차아민과 폴리에폭 사이드 화합물의 에폭 사이드가 없는 부가물과(b) C6이상을 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산과 더불어 에폭사이드기의 완전한 전환후에 과량의 디아민의 졸재하에 제조되고 그 다음 과량의 디아민으로부터 분리된 디아민/폴리에폭사이드 부가물의 축합반응물을 약 100∼250℃에서 수행하여 얻어지며, 염기성 질소기를 갖는 폴리부가물/폴리축합물 50 내지 90중량%와(B) 실온에서 성분(A)와 반응하지 않으나, 증가된 온도에 성분(A)와 교차결합하는 교차결합제 10 내지 50중량%의 혼합물로 필수적으로 구성되는, 염기성 질소기를 갖고, 산과 더불어 양성자화에 의해 물에 희석될 수 있는 폴리부가물/폴리축합물 및 이러한 폴리부가물/폴리축합물을 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 교차결합제를 기초로하는 양이온 전기피복용 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 축합물(b)가 성분(a)의 존재하에서 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)을 제조하기 위해서 사용된 2차아민의 일부 또는 전부가 C6이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산 또는 그 산의 에스테르를 몰당 하나의 1차 아미노기와 하나의 2차 아미노기를 가지는 디아민과 반응시켜 얻어진 아미드-함유 2차 아민이며, 상기의 2차 아미노기가 β-히드록실알킬기를 가짐으로 하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이합체된 불포화 C100-C24-지방산(이합체지방산)이 성분(b)을 제조하기 위해서 디카르복실산으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, C2내지 C36를 함유하고 또한 다른 작용기를 함유해도 되는 디알킬아민이 성분(a)을 제조하기 위해서 2차 아민으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제(B)가 다가의 블록된 이소시안네이트, 아미노플라스트 또는 페노플라스트 수지, 폴리아미노메틸 레이티드 폴리페놀, 에스테르분해반응 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응에 의해서 경화하는 교차결합제 또는 요소축합물
- 제1항에 청구된 결합제의 5중량% 내지 30중량%의 함유하는 음극피복용 수용성피복용.
- 제1항에 청구된 결합제를 사용하여 얻어지고, 피복층을 가진 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
