Abstract
투광성 재료중에 분산 유지된 액정재료를 이용한 분산형 액정에 있어서, 분산 유지된 액정을 배향시키는 것에 의해, 면확한 한 계치와 급준한 일어섬 특성을 나타내는 액정 전기 광학장치를 얻는다.

Claims (3)
- 전극을 갖고 적어도 한쪽이 투광성을 갖는 한쌍의 기판과 상기 기판간에 협지된 액정재료가 분산 유지된 투광성 재료로 이루어지는 조광층을 갖춘 액정 전기광학장치에 있어서, 상기 기판의 적어도 한쪽은 배향처리가 되어 있으며, 상기 조광층 중의 액정재료가 상기 배향처리에 의해 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 전기광학 장치.
- 전극을 갖고 적어도 한쪽이 투광성을 갖는 한쌍의 기판과 상기 기판간에 협지된 액정재료가 분사 유지된 투광성 재료로 이루어지는 조광층을 갖는 액정 전기광학장치에 있어서, 상기 액정재료는 정(+)의 유전 이방성을 갖추고 있으며, 상기 한쌍의 기판에는 평행 배향, 또는 반평행 배향, 또는 직각 배향의 처리가 행하여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 전기 광학 장치.
- 전극을 갖고 적어도 한쪽이 투광성을 갖는 한쌍의 기판과 상기 기판간에 협지된 액정재료가 분산 유지된 투광성 재료로 이루어진 조광층을 갖춘 액정 전기 광학장치에 있어서, 상기 액정재료는 부(-)의 유전 이방성을 갖추고 있으며, 상기 액정재료의 액정분자는 상기 한쌍의 기판에 대하여 수직으로 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 전기 광학장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
