Abstract
가동스크롤의 공정시에 소음이 발생하는 것을 방지한다.
하우징에 지지된 회전축(4)의 단부에 설치된 편심축(6)에서는 밸런스웨이트(7) 및 부싱(8)을 미소각도범위내에서 동기해서 상대회전가능하게 지지된다.
상기한 편심축(6)에서는 상기한 밸런스웨이트(7) 및 부싱(8)의 탈락을 방지하는 나사(9)을 부착하고, 상기한 부싱(8)의 외주면에서는 가동스크롤의 보스부를 상대회전가능하게 껴맞춘다.
그리고 전기한 회전축(4), 밸런스웨이트(7), 부싱(8) 및 나사(9)의 상호간의 적어도 한곳에 밸런스웨이트(7) 및 부싱(8)의 편심축(6)상에서의 트러스트방향이동을 저지하는 탄성부재(11)을 개재한다.

Claims (1)
- 하우징에 설치된 고정스크롤(1)과 이 고정스크롤(1)에 대향해서 자전을 방지하면서 공전가능하게 지지된 가동스크롤(12)과의 사이에 가동스크롤(12)의 공전을 바탕으로 용적이 감소하는 압축실(P)을 형성하도록 구성하고, 상기한 하우징의 전면쪽에 지지된 회전축의 내단부에 편심축(6)을 설치하고 그 편심축(6)에서는 밸런스웨이트(7) 및 부싱(8)을 소정각도범위내에서 동기해서 상대회전가능하게 끼워지지함과 동시에 상기한 편심축(6)에서는 상기한 밸런스웨이트(7) 및 부싱(8)의 탈락을 방지하는 계지부재를 성피하고 상기한 부싱의 외주면에서는 상기한 가동스크롤(12)의 보스(12c)를 끼워넣는 스크롤형압축기에 있어서, 상기한 회전축, 밸런스웨이트(7), 부싱(8) 및 계지부재의 상호간에 적어도 한곳에 밸런스웨이트(7) 및 부싱(8)의 편심축(6)상에서 트러스트방향의 이동을 저지하는 탄성부재를 끼워 넣은 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
