Abstract

본 발명은 대두, 특히 식품의 부산물로서 얻어지는 대두의 배아에서 세레브로사이드의 함량이 기존의 원료에 비해 10배 내지 20배 이상 함유되어 있음을 밝혀내고, 이를 추출하는 방법을 제시함으로써 매우 저렴한 식물유래의 세레브로사이드의 추출방법을 제공하였다.
추출공정은 다음과 같다. 즉 대두의 배아, 대두박, 또는 대두를 이소프로필알콜로 추출하고 메탄올과 클로로포름의 혼합용액으로 추출하여 합친 추출액을 감압건조 후 극성지질을 분리하여 건조한 것을 가성소다/메탄올 용액에서 반응시킨 다음 아세트산, 클로로포름, 물을 가하여 아래층을 분리한 후 건조하여 대릉크로마토 그래피에서 아세톤 분획을 건조시켜 세레브로사이드를 추출한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 대두를 이소프로필알콜로 추출하고 메탄올과 클로로포름의 혼합용액으로 추출하여 합친 추출액을 감압건조 후 극성지질을 분리하여 건조한 것을 가성소다/메탄올 용액에서 반응시킨 다음 아세트산, 클로로포름, 물을 가하여 아래층을 분리한 후 건조하여 대릉크로마토 그래피에서 아세톤 분획을 건조시켜 세레브로사이드(cerebroside)를 추출하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세레브로사이드를 대두의 배아로부터 추출함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 세래브로사이드를 대두박(콩깻묵)으로부터 추출함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 대두를 이소프로필알콜로 추출하고 메탄올과 클로로포름의 혼합용액으로 추출하여 합친 추출액을 감압건조 후 극성지질을 분리하여 건조한 것을 가성소다/메탄올 용액에서 반응시킨 다음 아세트산, 클로로포름, 물을 가하여 아래층을 분리한 후 건조하여 실시카겔 대릉 크로마토그래피에서 아세톤 분획을 건조시켜 추출된 세레브로사이드(cerebroside)를 함유한 화장품 및 의약품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 대두의 배아로부터 추출된 세레브로사이드를 함유한 화장품 또는 의약품.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 대두박(콩깻묵)으로 부터 추출된 세레브로사이드를 함유한 화장품 또는 의약품.
