Abstract

본 발명은 시아노코발트산염 착물을 포함하는 고성능 고체 상태 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물은 산소를 화학적으로 가역적 결합하여 산소-함유 유체 유출물로부터 산소를 제거할 수 있다. 상기 조성물에 포함되는 시아노코발트산염 착물은 3 내지 5의 시아나이드 리간드를 포함하되 이중 적어도 하나의 시아나이드 신축 모드는 적외선 분광 측정 결과 2074㎝-1내지 2140㎝-1범위인 코발트(II)-함유 음이온을 포함한다. 또한, 상기 착물은 40Å-3이상의 분자 부피를 갖는 전하-평형 양이온을 가진다.

Claims (25)

  1. 산소 및 적어도 하나의 다른 성분을 포함하는 유체 유출물을 하나 이상의 시아노코발트 산염 착물을 고체 상태의 조성물과 접촉시켜서 상기 유체 유출물로부터 산소를 제거하는 방법으로서, 상기 착물을 3 내지 5의 시아나이드 리간드를 포함하되 이중 적어도 하나의 시아나이드 신축 모드는 적외선 분광 측정 결과 2074㎝-1내지 2140㎝-1사이인, 코발트(II)-함유 음이온을 포함하며, 상기 착물은 또한 40Å3이상의 분자 부피를 갖는 전하-평형 양이온을 추가로 포함하여 산소를 선택적 및 가역적으로 결합함으로써 상기 유체 유출물로부터 산소를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 착물이 70Å3이상의 분자 부피를 갖는 전하-평형 양이온을 포함하는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시아노코발트산염 착물이 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 것인 방법:
    상기 식에서, c는 양이온이고, z는 1,2 또는 3이고;n은 3내지 5의 임의의 수이고;x는 n-2이고, p는 0 내지 6의 임의의 수이고;S는 [C]z+, Co 또는 [C]z+및 Co둘다에 배위할 수 있는 리간드이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, S가 CN-, N, N-디알킬 아미드, 알킬 락탐, N-알킬 이미드, 암모니아, 아세톤, 3차 아민 킬레이트, N-헤테로사이클, 유기 니트릴, 폴리비닐피리딘 또는 피롤리딘을 포함하는 중합체, 시안아미드 음이온, 디시안아미드 음이온, 디시아노메탄 음이온, 할라이드 이온, SCN-, NCS-, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, c가 하기식으로 표시되는 것인 방법:
    상기 식에서, A는 알카리 금속 원자, 알카리 토금속 원자, Zn, Cd 또는 Hg 원자이고, a는 0 내지 3의 임의의 수이고;R은 각각 C1-C10의 치환되거나 치환되지 않을 알킬, 아릴 또는 아르알킬이고;또는 긴 사슬의 탄화수소 중합체이며, b는 a와 b 둘다 0이 아니라는 조건하에서, 0내지 2.5의 임의의 수이다.

  16. 제1항에 있어서, 아르곤 및 미량의 산소를 포함하는 가스 유출물로부터 산소를 선택적으로 제거하는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 압력 스윙 흡착 방법인 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 온도 스윙 흡착 방법인 방법.
  19. 3내지 5의 시아나이드 리간드를 포함하되 이중 적어도 하나의 시아나이드 신축 모드는 적외선 분광 측정결과 2074㎝-1내지 2140㎝-1사이인, 코발트(II)-함유 음이온을 포함하며, 또한 40Å3이상의 분자 부피를 갖는 전하-평형 양이온을 추가로 포함하는 하나 이상의 시아노코발트산염 착물을 포함하는 고체 상태 조성물.
  20. 제20항에 있어서, 전하-평형 양이온이 70Å3이상의 분자 부피를 갖는 조성물.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 시아노코발트산염이 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 조성물.
    상기 식에서, c는 양이온이고, z는 1,2 또는 3이고;n은 3내지 5의 임의의 수이고;x는 n-2이고, p는 0 내지 6의 임의의 수이고;S는 [C]z+, Co 또는 [C]z+및 Co둘다에 배위할 수 있는 리간드이다.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, c가 하기 식으로 표시되는 조성물:
