Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 고 용량의 고형상태 시아노코발테이트 착물에 관한 것이다;
[(A)a(R4N)b]z+x/z[Co(CN)n]x-ㆍpS
상기식중, A는 알칼리금속원자, 알칼리 토금속원자, Zn, Cd 또는 Hg원자이고; a는 0내지 2.5내의 임의의 수이고, R은 각각 C,-Cle의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아르알킬; 또는 장쇄 탄화수소 중합체이고; b는 0이상 3이하의 임의의 수이고; x는 n-2이고; P는 0 이상 내지 6이하의 임의의 수이며 ; S는[ (A)a(R4N)b]z+ㆍCo또는 이것들 모두와 배위결합될 수 있는 리간드이다.
상기 착물은 산소와 화학적으로 결합하여 신규 산소 첨가생성물을 형성할 수 있고, 이로써 산소-함유 유체스트림으로 부터 산소를 선택적으로 제거할 수 있다. 부가생성물상에서 온도를 상승시키거나 또는 O2의 분압을 저하시킴으로써 착물로 부터 결합산소를 회수할 수 있다.

Claims (19)
- 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 하나 또는 그이상의 시아노코발테이트 착물을 포함하는 고형상태의 조성물 :[(A)a(R4N)b]z+x/z[Co(CN)n]x-. pS상기식중, A는알칼리 금속원자, 알칼리 토금속원자, Zn, Cd 또는 Hg원자이고; a는 0 내지 2.5이내의 임의의 수이고; R은 각각 C1-C10의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아르알킬; 또는 장쇄 탄화수소 중합체이고; b는 0이상 3이하의 임의의 수이고; Z는 1, 2 또는 3이고; n은 3 내지 5의 임의의 수이고; x는 n-2이고; p는 0 이상 6이하의 임의의 수이며; S는 [(A)a(R4N)b]z+, Co또는 이것들 모두와 배위결합될 수 있는 리간드이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, S가 N, N-디알킬 아미드, 알킬 락탐, N-알킬 아미드, 암모니아, 아세톤, 킬레이트화 3차아민, N-헤테로고리, 비피리딜 및 치환된 디피리딜, 피라진, 유기 니트릴, 폴리비닐 피리딘 또는 피론리돈을 포함한 중합체, 시안아미드 옴이온, 디시안아미드 음이온, 디시아노메탄 음이온, 할라이드 이온, SCN-, NCS, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, S가 유기 아미드인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, S가 N, N-디메틸포름아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리디논, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, p가 2 내지 3이내인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 5인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 부틸기인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 에틸기인 조성물.

- 제15항에 있어서, 산소 및 질소를 함유한 기류로 부터 산소를 선택적으로 제거하는 방법.
