Claims (3)
- 적어도 1종의 희토류 원소와 적어도 1종의 천이금속으로 조합된 다원계 합금의 비정질 박막에 이 박막의 열화를 방지하고 자기광학특성을 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 소정량의 인듐 및 주석을 첨가시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 박막에 상기 인듐 및 주석을 각각 0.01 내지 0.04중량%와 0.01 내지 0.05중량% 첨가시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다원계 합금이 0.29중량%의 Tb와 0.71중량%의 Fe로 조합된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
