Abstract

본 발명은 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치에 관한 것으로써 종래의 헤드드럼 구동모터와 테이프 주행모터를 별개로 사용하므로써 전력의 낭비 및 기기의 대형화를 초래하였다.
상기 결점을 해소하기 위하여 헤드드럼을 구동하기 위한 모터와, 상기 헤드드럼 구동모터의 회전력을 감소하기 위한 감속장치와, 상기 모터의 구동력을 테이프 주행계에 전달하여 테이프를 주행시키는 테이프 주행계와 상기 테이프 주행계의 동력전달 방향에 따라 동력의 전달 방향을 제어하는 동력제어장치를 구비하여 하나의 모터로 헤드드럼 및 테이프를 구동시키도록 한 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.

Claims (12)

  1. 헤드드럼에 의해 테이프에 신호를 기록하고, 테이프에 기록된 신호를 리드한 후에 처리하여 출력하는 비디오 카세트 레코더에 있어서, 시스템 제어수단으로부터 출력되는 제어신호에 따라 헤드드럼을 구동하는 모터와, 상기 헤드드럼모터의 동력을 주행계에 전달하여 테이프를 주행시키는 동력전달수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달 수단은 상기 드럼 모터의 회전속도를 감속하는 감속장치와, 상기 감속장치로 감속된 상기 드럼모터의 동력을 받아 캡스턴을 구동하는 캡스턴 구동장치와, 전기 캡스턴 구동장치를 통해 상기 드럼모터 동력의 전달을 받아 릴을 구동하는 릴구동수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감속장치는 헤드드럼 모터의 회전축에 설치된 태양기어와, 브라켓에 의해 이탈방지되어, 상기 태양기어에 맞물린 상태로 태양기어 주위에서 회전하는 유성기어와, 내측에 형성된 상기 유성기어에 맞물린 상태로 회전하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캡스턴 구동장치는 감속수단으로 감속된 상기 헤드드럼모터의 동력을 벨트를 통해 전달되는 풀리와, 상기 프리의 회전을 반전하여 전달하고 캡스턴을 구동하는 동력전달기어와 아이들기어를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  5. 헤드드럼에 의해 테이프의 신호를 기록하고 테이프에 기록된 신호를 리드한 후 처리하여 출력하는 비디오 카세트 레코더에 있어서, 시스템 제어수단으로 부터 출력되는 제어신호에 따라 헤드드럼을 구동하는 모타와, 상기 모터의 동려거을 테이프 주행계에 전달하여 테이프를 주행시키는 테이프주행장치와, 비디오 테이프 레코더의 모드에 따라 테이프 주행계의 동력전달방향으로 제어하는 동력제어장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프의 헤드드럼 및 테이프구동장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달 수단은 상기 헤드드럼 모터의 회전속도를 감속하는 감속장치와, 상기 감속 장치로 감속된 상기 헤드드럼모터의 동력을 받아 캡스턴을 구동하는 캡스턴 구동장치와, 상기 캡스턴 구동장치를 통해 상기 헤드드럼모터 동력의 전달을 받아 릴을 구동하는 릴구동수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코도의 헤드드럼 테이프 구동장치.
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 동력제어장치는 하나의 솔레노이드로 구성되며 상기 솔레노이드의 플랜저와 아이들기어 사이에 레바로 연결되어 2단으로 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 동력제어장치는 감속장치와 캡스턴 구동장치 사이에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 감속장치는 드럼 모터의 회전축에 설치된 태양기어와, 브라켓에 의해 이탈방지되어, 상기 태양기어에 맞물린 상태로 태양기어의 주위에서 회전하는 유성기어와, 내측에 형성된 기어가 상기 유성기어에 맞물린 상태로 회전하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 캡스턴 구동장치는 감속수단으로 감속된 전기 드럼모터의 동력을 벨트를 통해 전달되는 풀리와, 상기 프리의 회전을 반전하여 전달하고 캡스턴을 구동하는 동력전달기어와 아이들기어를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 동력제어장치는 2개의 솔레노이드로 구성되며, 상기 2개의 솔레노이드의 플랜저가 아이들기어를 축지하는 브라켓에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
  12. 제11에 있어서, 상기 동력제어장치를 구성하는 솔레노이드에서 제1솔레노이드의 플랜저 작동길이가 제2솔레노이드 플랜저 작동길이 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 헤드드럼 및 테이프 구동장치.
