Abstract
더어미스터의 특성을 넓은 온도폭에 걸쳐서 그대로 이용하므로서 더어미스터 1개로 넓은 온도변화를 검출할수 있게한 것으로서 더어미스터의 온도변화에 대응하는 전압을 검지해서 그 전압을A/D 변화시킨 값을 미리 구한 근사식에 대입시키므로서 더어미스터의 온도를 구하고, 이 온도에 기초해서 온도제어를 행하는 온도제어장치 및 그 방법이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본발명에 관한 온도검지장치를 사용한 공기조화기의 제어회로를 나타내는 블록선도,
제2도는 공기조화기의 실내장치와 실외장치의 냉매주기를 나타내는 도면,
제3도는 공기조화기의 실내장치와 실외장치의 전기적 접속을 나타낸 도면,
제4도는 제1도에 나타낸 제어회로의 일부를 실체 배선도.
Claims (6)
- 온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 사용해서 검출되는 상기한 온도에 기초해서 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어장치에 있어서, 상기한 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 전압을 출력시키기 위한 온도검출회로와, 상기한 전압을 A/D(아날로그/디지탈) 변환해서 격납시킨 후에 미리 정한 관계를 사용해서 상기한 전압을 수학적으로 표시할 수 있는 온도차로 변환시키는 공정과, 상기한 변화된 온도치를 사용해서 온도제어를 위한 연산처리수단을 행하는 공정을 갖는 연산처리수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 사용하여 검출되는 상기 온도에 기초해서 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어 장치에 있어서, 상기한 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 전압을 출력시키기 위한 온도검출회로와, 상기한 전압을A/D(아날로그/디지탈)변환시켜서 상기한 온도에 대응하는 단계치를 출력시키는 A/D변환기와 상기한 단계치를 미리정한 함수에 따라 수학적으로 표시할 수 있는 온도치(수치)로 변환시키는 수치변환기와 상기한 온도치(수치)로 변환시키는 수치변환기와 상기한 온도차를 사용해서 기기를 제어하기 위한 연산처리를 행하는 연산처리수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미리 정한 함수는 상기한 온도검출소자의 온도-저항치의 관계를 나타내는 특성식, 상기한온도 검출회로의 저항치-전압의 관계를 나타내는 특성식, 상기한 A/D변환기의 전압-단계의 관계를 나타내는 특성식으로로 부터 구한 온도-단계의 관계를 나타내는 특성식인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 사용해서 검출되는 상기한 온도에 기초해서 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어장치에 있어서, 상기한 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 전압을 출력시키기 위한 온도검출회로와, 상기한 전압을 A/D변환시켜서, 상기한 온도에 대응하는 단계치를 얻는 A/D변환부와 상기한 단계치를 미리 정한 함수에 따라 수학적으로 표시할 수 있는 온도치(수치)로 변환시키는 수치변환수단과 상기한 온도치를 사용해서 기기의 제어를 행하기 위한 연산처리를 행하는 연산처리수단을 단일의 패키지내에 수납시킨 마이크로컴퓨터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 사용해서 검출되는 상기한 온도에 기초해서 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어방법에 있어서, 상기한 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 전압을 얻는 단계와 상기한 전압을 A/D변환시켜서, 상기한 온도에 대응하는 값을 얻는 단계와 상기한 값을 미리 정한 함수에 따라 수학적으로 표시할 수 있는 온도치(수치)로 변환시키는 단계와 상기 온도치를 사용해서 기기의 제어를 행하기 위한 연산처리를 행하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 미리 정한 함수는 상기한 온도검출소자의 온도-저항치의 관계를 나타내는 특성식, 상기한 온도검출회로의 저항치-전압의 관계를 나타내는 특성식, 상기한 A/D변환기의 전압-단계의 단계를 나타내는 특성식으로 부터 구한 온도-단계의 관계를 나타내는 특성식인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
