Abstract

본 발명에 따른 용융접착코어얀은 탄성얀이 열융착단섬유 및 비열융착단섬유로 구성된 비탄성섬유집적체로 둘러싸여서 이 탄성얀의 길이 방향과 같은 방향으로 상기 열융착단섬유 및 비열융착단섬유가 연장된다. 이와같은 본 발명의 풀림방지가 가능한 용융접착코어얀을 이용하여 촉감이 좋고 취급성이 양호한 편직물을 제조할 수 있으며, 높은 용융접착력을 유지하고, 편직물의 종류에 따라 재질의 선택이 가능하므로 제조코스트를 저하시킬 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 편직물에서의 풀림을 방지하기 위한 용융접착코어얀에 있어서, 탄성얀(15)이 열융착단섬유(熱瀜着短纖維)(19) 및 비열융착단섬유(菲熱瀜着短纖維)(20)로 구성된 비탄성섬유 집적체(18)로 둘러싸여서 탄성얀(15)의 길이방향과 같은 방향으로 상기 열융착단섬유(19) 및 비열융착단섬유(20)가 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융접착코어얀의 전체 중량에 대해 15% 내지 50% 중량비 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융접착코어얀.

  4. 편직물에서의 풀림을 방지하기 위한 용융접착코어얀에 있어서, 탄성얀(15)과, 열융착단섬유(19) 및 비열융착단섬유(20)로 구성된 비탄성섬유집적체(18)를 구비하며, 상기 비탄성 섬유집적체(18)는 상기 탄성얀(15)에 장력이 가해진 상태로 이 탄성얀(15)을 둘러싸서 상기 탄성얀(15)이 이 장력으로부터 해제 될 경우 상기 비탄성섬유 집적체(18)는 팽창하여 다시 용융 및 고형화 된 후 상기 열융착단섬유(19)를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융접착코어얀.
