본 발명은 유리에칭시 유리표면에 에칭되는 부분을 제외한 비에칭부위를 스크린 인쇄방법에 위해 인쇄하여 한층레지스터층을 형성시킨 다음, 이에 공시한 샌드브라스트에 의해 유리표면을 에칭하여 줌으로서 유리표면의 에칭작업을 신속하고 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 스크린 인쇄방법에 의하여 비에칭면을 형성하고 이에 샌드브라스트 작업하여 줌으로서 정교하고 다양한 무늬의 가공 유리판을 대량으로 생산하여 줄 수 있도록 하는유리에칭 레지스터 잉크의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 본 발명의 레지스터잉크는 초산비닐과 송진 및 알루마이트를 상온에서 교반한후 이를 물에 용해 시킨 아라비아고무용액을 첨가하여 잉크를 조성하고, 이 조성된 잉크로서 유리표면의 비에칭부분을 스크린인쇄로 형성시켜준 다음, 공지한 샌드브라스트 작업에 에칭작업을 수행하고, 작업완료후 수세하는 간단한 작업공정으로 고정하는 무늬나 모양을 유리표면에 에칭하기 위한 것이다.According to the present invention, a non-etched portion, except for the portion etched on the glass surface, is printed by a screen printing method to form a layer of a resist, and then the glass surface is etched by sandblasting disclosed therein.
