Abstract

본 발명읜 집진장치의 동작 제어시스템에 관한것으로, 일반적으로 집진장치의 생명이랄수 있는 필터부의 이상이 발생하였을 경우에, 이의 확인을 위해서는 일일이 사용자가 수작업을 통해 필터부를 확인하였고, 종래의 기술로는, 필터부의 먼지상태에 관계없이 압축기의 주기적인 동작을 통해, 고압공기를 필터부에 분사하여 먼지를 제거하였으나 불필요한 압축기의 잦은 동작으로 필터의 수명을 단축시키고, 압축기의 동작으로 전력손실등의 여러 문제점이 발생되는바, 본 발명에 의하면, 필터(11)를 중심으로 구획된 공간 A,B부에 표시하면서 필터(11)의 청소시간 및 교체시기와 집진기의 이상여부를 압력을 통해 감지하여, 자동으로 청소함은 물론 교체에 필요한 경고음발생 및 경고음 점등으로 사용자가 쉽게 인지할 수 있게된 것으로, 집진장치(10)의 이상여부를 일일이 확인하여야 하는 번거로움을 탈피하였고, 고압공기 분상에 의해 자동적으로 필터(11)의 청소를 시행하므로 오랜사용의 효과를 보는 등의 여러 장점을 갖는 집진장치의 작동 제어씨스템인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 집진장치(10) 내부의 필터(11) 상단부에 고압공기 분사노즐(12)을 장착하고, 필터부(11)를 중심으로 구획된 공간 A,B부의 측벽에 압력 감지수단(13)(13)을 매설하되, 특정배관(T)을 매개로 게이지(20)와 연결토록하면서, 배관(T)내부 일정위치에 물방울 차단부(21)(21')를 형성하여, 시간조절부(30)에 의해 동작되는 공기압축기(40')를 순차 연결토록함과, 집진장치(10) 내부의 공기압 이상여부에 따라 운전제어부(42)에 의해 동작되는 다이아프램밸브(41)과, 압축기(40)의 가동으로 고압의 공기를 분사노즐(12)을 통해 분사하여 필터청소를 수행하는 한편, 필터교체시 이를 외부에 표시하는 경고등(L) 및 경보발생수단()으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 집진장치의 동작제어씨스템.
