Claims (8)

  1. 세공(11)을 다수형성한 통상펑칭체(10)와 이 통상펀칭체(10)에 내장한 통상여포체(20)로 집진장치(1)를 구성하고 집진장치(1)의 가스입구(4)는 호퍼드라이어(50)등의 호퍼(51)의 전개부(61)에 가스배출관(2)을 사이에 두고 연통접속함과 동시에 집진장치(1)에는 집진수부(7)가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통상여포체(20)는 횡단면이 파형상으로 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 통상여포체(20)는 통상펀칭체(10)에 출입이 자유롭게 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통상펀칭체(10)는 집진장치(1) 본체에 붙이고 떼기가 자유로히 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 집진장치(1)에는 통상여포체(20)에 부착한 더스트를 털어버리기 위한 에어를 공급하는 공기원(31)을 접속한 에어배관(30)이 접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 가스배출관(2)또는 집진장치(1)에는 집진장치(1)내의 더스트의 막힘에 의한 압력변동을 검출하는 압력센서(38)가 설치되어 있음과 동시에 이 압력센서(36)의 신호를 에어배관(30)에 부착한 관로 개폐밸브(35)에 보내도록 연동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 집진수부(7)에는 더스트량을 검출하는 레벨계(37)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 레벨계(37)에는 경보수단(38)이 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
