Abstract

본 발명은 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달체제에 관한 것으로서, 방출조절성분으로 분자량 약 30,000 ~60,000의 폴리카프로락톤과 분자량 약 1,000이하의 폴리카프로락톤과의 1:1 ~ 4:1 혼합물 60 ~ 90중량%, 및 활성성분으로 치주질환치료용 항생제를 10~40중량%함유하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명의 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달체제는 용융상태에서 균질하게 막형태로 성형하는 것에 의해 용이하게 제조될수 있으며, 유효농도의 지속어린 방출성이 우수하며, 경구투여시, 성인의 7일간 투여량이 1,400mg의 0.12%인 1.7mg으로 더욱 우수한 치료효과를 기대할 수 있고, 인체에 대한 적용안정성이 우수한 등이 장점이 잇는 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명의 실시예 1~3 및 비교예 1에 따라 제조된 스트립형 제제의 미노사이클린의 분획방출량을 나타낸 그래프,
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예 1~3및 비교예 1에 따라 제조된 스트립형 제제의 미노사이클린의 누적방출량을 나타낸 그래프,
제4도는 본 발명의 실시예 및 비교예 2,3에 의해 제조된 스트립형 제제의 미노사이클린의 분획방출량을 나타낸 그래프

Claims (9)

  1. 활성성분과 방출조절성분으로 이루어지는 치주질환 치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제에 있어서, (a)방출조절 성분으로서, 분자량 30,000~60,000의 폴리카프로락톤(Ⅰ)과 분자량 1,000이하의 폴리카프로락톤(Ⅱ)과의 1:1 ~ 4:1혼합물 60~90중량% 및 (b) 활성성분으로서, 치주질환치료용 항생제 10~40중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환 치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카프로락톤(Ⅱ)의 분자량이 860~1000인 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용막형 국소약물송달제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방출조절성분(a)이 폴리카프로락톤(Ⅰ) 대 폴리카프로락톤(Ⅱ)의 혼합비 1.5:1 ~ 3:1의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치주질환치료용 항생제는 미노사이클린, 테트라싸이클린, 독시싸이클린, 클로로헥시딘, 크린다마이신, 오플록사신, 메트로니다졸, 티니다졸, 케토코나졸으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제.
  5. 제1항 도는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성성분(b)의 함량이 23~30중량% 인것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 제제의 마두께가 100~400㎕인 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제제의 막두께가 200~350㎕이 넉승 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료요우 막형 국소약물송달제제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 국소약물송달제제는 용융상태의 상기 방출조절성분(a) 과 상기 활성성분(b)을 혼합하여 막형상으로 압착 또는 압출성형하는 것에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물 송달제제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 네모서리는 라운드처리되고 가운데 부분이 약간 들어가게한 스트립형상 제제인 것을 특징으로 하는 치주질환치료용 막형 국소약물송달제제.
