Abstract

''PRODUTO ANTIMICROBIAL''. Um produto compreende, para administração simultânea, separada ou seq³encial, um flavonóide de fórmula (I), ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável; e um antibiótico. O flavonóide pode estar presente em uma quantidade tal de modo a potencializar a ação do antibiótico. Quando o antibiótico é um antibiótico <225>-lactam, o medicamento resultante pode ser usado para tratamento ou prevenção de infecções bacteriais que são pelo menos parcialmente resistentes a tratamento pelo antibiótico <225>-lactam sozinho.
