본 고안은 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 매트리스의 가장 바깥쪽 쿠션층을 이루는 부분에 바이오세라믹 소재로 되는 에스테르 섬유를 적층하여서 되는 매트리스에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 매트리스는 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이 스프링등으로 되는 매트리스 구조체(a)를 사이에 두고 양면에공히 코코넛 팜등으로 제1쿠션층(1)을 형성하고, 그 위에 스폰지재등으로 되는 제2쿠션층(2)을 형성한 후 다시 일반화학솜(3")등으로 제3쿠션층(3)을 형성시켜 이 상태에서 외피(4)를 씌워 매트리스(A)를 구성하고 있다.
그러나 이와 같이 구성된 종래의 매트리스(A)는 그 역할이 단지 신체를 받쳐주는 쿠션재 역할에 지나지 않는 것으로서, 인체에 대해 건강증진등의 어떠한 효과제공도 기대할 수 없는 단순한 구성으로 된 하나의, 침개 구성 부재에 불과한 것이었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 매트리스가 갖는 문제점을 해결하여 일반적인 쿠션재로서의 매트리스 역할을 수행하는 동시에, 건강지향적인 매트리스를 제공함을 그 목적으로 하는 것으로서 첨부도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
스프링으로 이루어지는 매트리스 구조체(a)에 코코넛 팜등으로 되는 제1쿠션층(1)을 형성하고, 그 위에 스폰지재로 되는 제2쿠션층(2)을 적층해서 되는 매트리스(A)에 있어서, 상기 제2쿠션층(2)위에 바이오세라믹 소재로 구성된 에스테르 섬유(3')를 제3쿠션층(3)으로 하여 적층한 후 외피(4)를 씌워서 되는 매트리스인 것이다.
상기 구성으로 된 매트리스의 제3쿠션층(3)에 사용되는 바이오세라믹 소재의 에스테르 섬유(3')는 원적외선을 효율좋게 방사하는 재료로서 수종류의 세라믹 소재를 균일하게 고농도로 폴리에스테르 섬유 안에 반죽하여 넣은 에세테르 섬유(상품명 론웨이브)를 사용한 것으로서, 이들 세라믹은 따뜻하게 하는 대상이 "인체"라는 것을 목적으로 "인체"가 비교적 잘 흡수하는 38-16㎜의 원적외선을 보다 효율좋게 방사하도록 설계되어 있다.
이와 같은 바이오세라믹 소재로 되는 에스테르 섬유(3')를 제3쿠션층(3)으로 형성한 본 고안의 매트리스(A)를 사용하면 인체수분(60％)의 분자진동을 촉진시켜 생체리듬을 조절하고 체내에 4-7μ의 원적외선을 방사하는 것에 의해 각 장기의 활동을 도와줌으로써 위염이나 장염등의 통증을 완화시켜줄 뿐만 아니라, 몸의 걸린부분이나 허리부위를 혈행을 개선하여 수면을 취하고 있는 동안 근육의 피로를 풀어 주고 통증을 가시게 해주며, 체내의 노폐물을 중화시켜 약 알칼리체질로 개선시키고, 또한 신진대사 작용을 원활하게 하며, 보다 쾌적한 수면을 취하게 해주는 효과도 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
상술한 바와같이 본 고안의 매트리스는 기존 매트리스에 대해 간단한 구조변경, 즉 일반화학솜(3")등으로 되어 있는 제3쿠션층(3)을 바이오세라믹 소재의 에스테르 섬유(3')로 구성하는 것 만으로 간단하게 기존이 매트리스에서 기대할 수 없었던 인체의 건강증진등을 도모할 수 있는 유용한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 실용적 고안인 것이다.

- 스프링으로 이루어지는 매트리스 구조체(a)에 코코넛 팜등으로 되는 제1쿠션층(1)을 형성하고, 그 위에 스폰지재로 되는 제2쿠션층(2)을 적층해서 되는 매트리스(A)에 있어서, 상기 제2쿠션층(2)위에 바이오세라믹 소재로 구성된 에스테르 섬유(3')를 제3쿠션층(3)으로 하여 적층한 후 외피(4)를 씌워서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오세라믹 소재가 적층된 매트리스.
