Claims (1)
- 래들퍼니스에서 통상의 플럭스를 용강에 투입하여 플럭스 처리하는 극청점 고탄소강 제조 방법에 있어서, C : 0.65-0.90중량%, Total·Al : 0.001중량% 이하, Total·O2: 20ppm 이하, N2: 25ppm 이하, P : 0.011중량% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피하게 함유된 불순물로 이루어진 조성을 갖는 용강에 상기 플럭스를 래들퍼니스, 탈가스 설비 및 턴디쉬에서 각각 800-1200kg/100ton-용강, 100-130kg/100ton-용강, 및 100-130kg/100ton-용강의 양을 투입함을 특징으로 하는 가공성이 우수한 극청정 고탄소강의 제조방법.
