Abstract

이 발명은 연료분사밸브가 개방되어 연료분사하고 있을때에만 보조공기 제어밸브가 개방되어 연료분무화를 촉진하는 보조공기를 공급하는 공기보조식 연료분사장치이며, 이 보조공기의 공급량은 기관의 난기후 엔진의 하이아이들을 발생시키는 일 없이 증가시킬수 있는 효과가 있는 것임.

Claims (3)

  1. 흡기관에 설치되고 내연기관으로의 흡입공기량을 제어하는 스로틀밸브와, 일단이 상기 내연기관의 내부로 향하고 있으며 상기 내연기관으로의 소요연료량을 분사하는 연료분사밸브와, 상기 스로틀밸브 상류측의 흡기관 부분에 일단이 접속되고 상기 연료분사밸브에 타단이 접속된 대기도입통로와, 상기 대기도입통로에 설치되고 흡입매니폴드압력을 발생원으로 하여 발생된 보조공기의 흐름을 제어하는 보조공기제어밸브와, 상기 내연기관의 크랭크각을 검출하는 크랭크각센서와, 상기 연료분사밸브가 개방되어 연료를 분사하고 있을 때에만 상기 보조공기제어밸브가 개방되도록 상기 연료분사밸브와 상기 보조공기제어밸브의 동작시기를 제어하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조공기 제어밸브는 상기 연료분사밸브의 구동전에 소정시간 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조공기 제어밸브는 상기 연료분사밸브의 폐쇄후 소정시간에 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치.
