Abstract

본 발명은 용존산소 소비속도를 측정함으로써 호기성 미생물의 활성을 측정하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 장치는 자기교반장치, OUR병 및 용존산소/온도센서로 구성된다
본 발명 장치의 용도는 호기성 미생물활성을 측정할 필요가 있는 곳이라면 어디든지 사용되어질 수 있다. 예컨데, 생물학적 폐수처리 공정의 호기성 미생물활성 진단수단으로 사용될 수 있고, 현장에서 5분만에 미생물활성을 특정할 수 있어 공정의 신속한 진단을 가능하게 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 미생물활성 측정장치의 사시도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 미생물활성 측정장치 중 자기교반장치의 배면도 이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자기교반장치 중앙부에 OUR병(5)이 위치되고 상기 OUR병(5)에 용존산소/온도센서(1)가 삽입되면 상기 센서(1)는 자기교반장치(26)에 연결디어 있고 OUR 값이 별도의 계산없이 ppm/h(=㎎/L,H)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 미생물활성 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 OUR병(5)의 상부에서 센서(1)가 삽입되는 센서구멍(3)과 시료가 주입되는 시료구멍(4)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 미생물활성 측정장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시료구멍(4)이 다공성 신축마개(2)로 밀폐됨을 특징으로 하는 미생물활성 측정장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기교반장치(26)가 재충전할 수 있는 배터리와 교류를 전원으로 사용하므로서 야외와 실내에서 사용가능함을 특징으로하는 미생물활성 측정장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기자기교반장치(26)가 용존산소농도값을 받아들이는 시간을 임의로 조절할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 미생물활성 측정장치.
