Description

청소기의 흡입구

본 고안은 수분 또는 유지분에 의해 바닥면에 접착되어 오염된 응고물을 제거하기 위한 청소기의 흡입구에 관한 것으로 특히, 흡입구를 개선하여 바닥청소에 적당하도록 한 것이다.
종래의 청소기는 새액원과 청소를 및 흡입원으로 주요부분에 구성되며, 바닥과 접촉하여 오물을 제거하는 흡입구 부분은 세액원과 연결된 세액분사 노즐과 청소솔 및 흡입원에 연결된 흡입노즐을 차례로 배치하여 구성된 것으로(단, 청소솔은 제거되는 경우도 있음) 세액분사 노즐을 통해 세액을 바닥면에 분사시키면 바닥면에 응고된 오염물과의 접착력이 상대적으로 와해되어 오염물질이 분리되기 용이한 상태에 이르게 된다.
이때, 청소솔에 전동기를 이용한 기계적인 힘을 가함으로써 바닥의 오염물질이 분리되어 세액내에 포함되도록 유도한다.
이와 같은 상태에서 최종적으로 흡입노즐을 통해 세액과 오염물을 동시에 흡수하여 의도하는 오염물을 제거한다.
이는 세액 분사전 비교적 큰 고형물질과 바닥에 박힌 고형물질 등을 제거하는 작용(스크래핑)이 없으므로 청소솔과 흡입노즐에 부담을 전가시킬 뿐만 아니라 불안전한 흡입에 의해 청소후 잔류세액과 함께 바닥에 융착 될 가능성도 존재하여 진공흡입을 전후작업으로 별도 설정하여야 하는 경우가 발생하였다.
그리고, 세액분사와 솔질 및 흡입이 순차적으로 수행되어야 하므로 어느 일정한 방향으로 이동시에만 완전한 청소가 가능하며, 회전하는 청소솔에 의해 오염되는 세액이 청소 대상지역으로 유출되는 등의 문제점이 발생하였다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 청소기 흡입구의 형상을 반구형의 몸체로 형성하고 세액분사노즐을 중심으로 청소솔과 흡입노즐을 구성하여 청소효과를 극대화하는데 목적이 있다.
첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안 청소기의 흡입구를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
반구형의 몸체(2) 상부에 호오스(9)를 형성하고, 상기 호오스(9)와 연결되어 세액을 분사하는 노즐(6)을 형성하며, 상기 노즐(6)의 주위에는 바닥의 오물을 닦아주는 청소솔(5)과, 바닥의 오물을 흡입하는 흡입노즐(7)과 몸체(2)의 이동을 돕는 보올(8)을 몸체(2)의 저면에 다수개 개재하고, 상기 호오스(9)에는 세액원(3)과 흡입원(4)이 구성되었다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
외부에서 흡입원(4)이 작동되면 흡입노즐(7)에 진공압력이 발생되고, 이 압력에 의해 세액원(3)의 세액이 세액분사노즐(6)을 통해 청소대상 바닥에 분사됨으로써 청소가 진행된다.
이때 흡입구(1)의 이동은 몸체(2)에 고정된 다수개의 보올(8)에 의해 흡입구(1)가 바닥면을 따라 이동되면서 청소를 수행하며 흡입노즐(7)과 청소솔(5)은 흡입구(1)의 이동방향을 기준으로 세액분사노즐(6)에 선행하는 부분과 그렇지 않은 부분의 역활이 다르게 된다.
즉, 흡입구(1)는 분리된 고형불질과 같은 마른 먼지들은 흡입하는데 반해, 청소솔(5)은 세액이 뿌려진 바닥을 솔질하여 액체응고물등 세액이 존재하지 않고는 분리가 어려운 오염물질을 바닥과 분리하여 세액과 함께 흡입하는 역활을 한다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 별도의 진공흡입 장치를 사용하지 않고도 세액이 존재하는 상태에서 솔질과 흡입전에 제거 가능한 고형물질들을 제거 함으로써 종래보다 청소효과 가 증대되고 원하는 모든 방향으로 흡입구를 이동시키면서 청소가 가능하며 세액이 종래의 경우와는 달리 청소 대상지역으로 흘러나가거나 튀는 일이 없다.
또한 흡입원의 흡입일률이 충분하면 세액원의 별도의 가압장치가 필요치 않은 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 반구형의 몸체(2) 상부에 형성된 호오스(9)에 연결되어 세액을 분사하는 노즐(6)과, 상기 노즐(6)의 주위에는 바닥의 오물을 닦아주는 청소솔(5)과 바닥의 오물을 흡입하는 흡입노즐(7)과 몸체(2)의 이동을 돕는 보올(8)을 다수개 개재한 것을 특징으로 하는 청소기 흡입구.
