Abstract
진동식 작동기용 베어릴시일조립체는: 외측 베어링 궤도면과, 상기 외측 베어링 궤도면과 동심으로 장착된 내측베어링 궤도면과, 축방향 길이는 반경의 1/10이하이며, 상기 내측 베어링 궤도면에 밀봉 고정되는 내주연부와 상기 외측 베어링궤도면에 밀봉 고정되는 외주 연부를 구비하여, 상기 내측 궤도면과 상기 외측 궤도면간의 상대적 회전이 축방향 비틀림을 최소로 한채 제한적으로 발생할 수 있도록 된 환상의 변형가능한 액체 불투과성 멤브레인을 포함한다. 일실시예에 있어서, 멤브레인은, 신장되어, 비틀림 응력을 받아 표면이 일그러지는 현상을 제거한다. 또다른 실시예는 비틀림을 감소시키기 위해서 멤브레인내로 성형된 웨이브를 도시한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예의 사시도,
제3도는 베어링(bearing)과 시일 조립체(seal assembly)의 세부를 도시하는 일부 절결단면도.
Claims (10)
- 외측 베어링 궤도면(raceway)과, 상기 외측 베어링 궤도면과 동심으로 장착된 내측베어링 궤도면과, 내주연부와 외주연부를 구비함과 아울러 상기 내주연부를 상기 내측베어링 궤도면에 밀봉 고정시키기 위한 제1수단 및 상기 외주연부를 상기 외측 베어링 궤도면에 밀봉 고정시키기 위한 제2수단을 구비함으로써, 상기 내측 궤도면과 상기 외측 궤도면간의 상대적 회전운동이 상기 멤브레인 축방향 비틀림을 최소로 한채 제한적으로 이루어질수 있도록 된 환상의 변형가능한 멤브레인을 포함하는 요동식 작동기(oscillating actuator)용 베어링시일조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링조립체의 양 단부는 멤브레인으로 덮여있는 베어링 시일 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어링조립체는 확산경로를 통해 통기되는 베어링시일조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 그 운동범위의 중간위치에서 비틀림 변형을 일으키지 않도록 된 베어링시일조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 직교하는 정현파형 소형 웨이브를 갖도록 성형된 베어링시일조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 편평한 멤브레인내에 비틀림응력에 의해서 형성된 좌굴패턴(buckling pattern)과 수직하는 나선형 패턴으로 성형된 베어링 시일조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 시계방향 나선형 패턴과 시계반대방향 나선형 패턴의 양 패턴으로 성형된 베어링시일조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 유기성 증기에 대해서는 거의 불투과성이고, 질소 및 산소를 비롯한 공기중의 가스에 대해서는 거의 투과성인 베어링 시일 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 접착제에 의해서 상기 내측 및 외측 궤도면에 부착되는 베어링시일조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 상기 내측 및 외측 궤도면에의 부착에 앞서 등방성으로 신장되는 베어링 시일조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
