Abstract

본 발명은 위산분비를 억제시키는 벤조이미다졸 유도체의 제조에 사용되는, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라, 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 디엔 화합물과 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 이면 화합물을 산촉매 하에서 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)의 피페리딘 화합물을 제조한 뒤, 알콜 용매 하에서 염기로 처리하여 방향족고리화시킴으로써 목적화합물을 제조한다.
본 발명은, 원하는 작용기가 이미 도입된 각각의 디엔 화합물과 이민 화합물을 고리화첨가반응시킴으로써, 목적화합물을 짧은 단계로 제조하는 효율적이며 더욱 진보된 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 2-메틸-3-메톡시-1,3-펜타디엔과 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 이민 화합물을 산촉매 하에서 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)의 피페리딘 화합물을 제조한 뒤, 메탄올 또는 에탄올 용매 하에서 수산화바륨을 첨가하여 방향족 고리화시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 클로로메틸 피리딘 화합물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산촉매가 사염화 티타늄, 삼불화 붕소 디에틸에테르 착물, 디에틸알루미늄 클로리드 또는 삼브롬화 붕소임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 클로로메틸 피리딘 화합물의 제조방법.
