본 발명은 모니터 화면 검사/조정장치 및 방법으로, 스타트 및 엔드신호를 제공하는 키입력부, 검사대상용 모니터에 검사할 패턴을 제공하는 패턴제너레이터, 검사대상용 모니터의 화상을 4대의 카메라로 분할입력시키는 화상입력부, 화상입력부의 화상을 처리검사하여 메인메모리부 및 표시부에 제공하는 화상처리씨스템부, 키입력부의 키입력에 따라 화상처리씨스템 및 패턴제너레이터에 검사항목에 적합한 커맨드신호를 제공하고 화성처리씨스템부의 검사결과데이타를 표시부에 제공하는 메인메모리부로 구성되며, 스타트입력신호 입력여부를 판단하는 제1단계와, 스타트입력신호시에 검사항목에 적합한 커맨드를 전송하는 제2단계와, 검사결과에 따라 이를 표시하고 통과될때까지 조정을 반복하는 제3단계와, 종료신호에 따라 검사를 종료하는 제4단계로 이루어지며, 기계에 의한 검사를 수행케되어 검사오차가 줄고 검사시간이 절약되며, 검사결과가 데이타화되어 공정관리에 활용가능케된다.The present invention relates to a monitor screen inspection / adjustment apparatus and method, comprising: a key input unit for providing start and end signals, a pattern generator for providing a pattern to be inspected to an inspection target monitor, and an image for split-inputting the images of the inspection target monitor into four cameras An image processing system unit for processing the image of the input unit, the image input unit, and providing the main memory unit and the display unit to provide a command signal suitable for the inspection item to the image processing system and the pattern generator according to the key input of the key input unit.
